Greetings.... Somehow a page (see uploaded image) continually appears in Firefox with "Sync Firefox on your phone or tablet", showing it is 33% complete. I'm guessing this process was started by accident since I don't use a cell phone except for GPS, but it also says tablet... so who knows.

The top of the page says "Tab pickup". I cannot stop this page from constantly appearing and can only get rid of it by shutting down my computer. Please help me get rid of this. I have downloaded several articles but not sure what they are talking about and afraid to do something that could make something else worse. This is so very frustrating. Non-techie, no kids, grand kids... 81 years old with no one to ask. Love using firefox but this problem makes it very challenging. Why can't I sync computer bookmarks to iPhone? I can't get my iPhone to show up on list of connected devices. I've tried everything in Help. I have a Mozilla Account. Running 135.0.1

From the Firefox Start Page on my iPhone (running 18.3.1) . . . the menu in the bottom right hand corner does not give me the option to "Sync and Save Data". This is a roadblock for me! I'm not a computer genius but I'm not completely ignorant. I've just gone through having to reinstall windows due to 24H2 and I've got Firefox back thankfully.

My problem is that the sync account has created another device name (as I hadn't restarted after renaming the computer).

Can I get my old device profile back and discard the new one?

Can I just uninstall firefox then reinstall now the computer has been renamed after a restart?

I installed firefox on my new pc before trying to follow the guide to syn my histry, passwords etc and nothing happens when I click the gmail link I sent it to except it tries to install over the top of the new version. Should I let it do that or uninstall the older version from my new PC?

Mon compte est connecté, j'ai récupéré mes marque pages et je vois l'historique de l'ancien ordinateur mais je n'arrive pas à faire en sorte que Firefox les ouvre tous d'un coup et comme ils étaient avant avec leur ordre précis et sans en oublier. L'ordinateur dont je veux récupérer les onglets est sur Firefox de belle sur DESKTOP-UQFA6FJ. Comment faire pour que mon nouveau ordinateur ouvre tous les onglets d'un coup et dans l'ordre sans en oublier ?

I went through and updated all the passwords on my laptop. However, when I checked my phone and iPad, none of the deleted or updated passwords have synced. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the apps, logging in and out, and ensuring that password syncing is enabled, but the issue persists.

I would appreciate support on how to proceed. While I could manually update them again, it would be a time-consuming process when they should simply sync automatically.

Hi, My Firefox desktop is synced using Mozilla account with two iPhone-15 Firefox for iOS browsers perfectly. Individually I have no problems sending to and fro the tabs from desktop to iPhone and vice versa. When there are two iPhones involved (say work and personal iPhones), trouble arises. Problem#1: why does Firefox continue to refer to my iPhone-15 whose name is "ABC iPhone15" as merely "iPhone"? Thereby when I send my tabs to my device it will be "Firefox on iPhone". It should be "Firefox on ABC iPhone15" Problem#2: Confusion furthers when there are two iPhone-15 synced with the FF Desktop. Both continue to be referred to as "Firefox on iPhone". How would I know which one is the personal versus work iPhone?

Hello, I accidentally imported/synced bookmarks and password information from one of my Google accounts that I did not mean to; I have two accounts “person 1” and “person 2” and I only wanted to sync person 1’s information. so I wanted to remove/turn off the imported bookmarks and saved password information to “person 2” and I can’t seem to find out how to do that. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox but now every time I do that it automatically imports all the saved information for both Google accounts, even when I click to restore default settings it auto imports after that. How can I make it so this does not happen, I would like to just start with a clean slate.

I have two accounts, Personal and work. Trouble is that when I swithc an account from for work to personal or veceversa, it merges all. How can I set-up firefox to have copletely separate acccounts, even on same computer and I would like to change the acccount? . Many thannks

I shouldn't have to duplicate all my bookmarks for desktop and Android. Furthermore, I have curated my shortcuts on desktop, and now you are forcing junk into my shortcuts on Android that I now have to edit again. WTF would I want to have anything to do with TurboTax?

If you want to reclaim marketshare from Chrome and avoid being relegated to irrelevance, and actually provide the features you advertise in an intuitive way and stop annoying your users. I wanted to stop using Chrome, but Firefox is turning out to be annoying and a pain to use.

Hi I have used two computers for different purposes and places, but have had the same account with passwords synchronized on both machines. I would like to synchronize everything - especially bookmarks and payment methods - on the machines. My question is: what happens if I 'just' set synchronization active in all sections on both machines? Is one of the machines considered the 'master' machine, so its 'content' is synchronized to the other, so that content that was not on the 'master' machine is deleted? Or is everything preserved, so I have all content from both machines on both machines? Where can I possibly find more detailed information about this? Thanks in advance.

Basically, I was hoping to find a SHARE option for my Android Firefox.
