Our company made the decision to abandon Microsoft Office products and move everything to G Suite. As part of the Analytics department, this has caused quite a few challenges. We had an Excel template to produce a report that is used frequently. The template was moved to Google Sheets and the challenge has been that the output from the software produces the information in such a way that a simple copy and paste to Google Sheets does not bring in the correct data. We figured out that using Paste Values Only (Ctrl+Shift+V) corrected the problem and was sufficiently convenient to use. However, that function has just stopped working.
It seems to coincide with the end of our licensing for MS Office products, but it only affects Firefox, and continues to work in Chrome. I am trying to figure out what the problem is, but have been unable to find a solution online. Any ideas?

Instead they appear to have merged. I have also lost all my old bookmarks. I'm not even sure that I can log into the Firefox browser associated with tomspencer@eml.cc.

Contacted the website's Support office; it is an issue betweenFirefox and Kaspersky. Have stopped Kaspersky from injecting script into web traffic, but this hasn't fixed the problem. Kaspersky has not been helpful. Is there a fix through Firefox?
Browse file won't open dialog
I've noticed that with 72.0.1 and 72.0.2 that when I try to select a file when using a form that has a file input field, it won't open the file chooser dialog.

It's an intermittent issue but very frequent and annoying, and I think it is related to the firefox's over sensitivity to touch pad gestures. I have experienced many times whenever I intend to do a two finger scroll, the browser interprets it as adjusting zoom(which is via two finger pinch). It can't be the issue of my touchpad device / driver issue because pinch zoom and two finger scroll has worked perfectly on other browsers and apps. I haven't encountered a single case where an app interpreted my two finger scroll as a zoom action since the moment i bought this laptop. I believe it has something to do with firefox.
cannot run a PDF without saving it first.
Fiefox is making me save a PDF file before it will let me view it. I know there's a fix for that but I cannot remember what or where it is.

Sick and tired of asking! Community Volunteers are mostly a dumb bunch! Now that I have attention, why-oh-why does Firefox usually (but not always) whenIi want to print 3 or more pages, whether I try to Print or I go into Print Preview, Firefox only gives me the first page (and sometimes that is empty, except for the header) and then it give me the next (or first) page, then I get the 3 of 3 pages - even if there is more! Have to go to Chrome or another browser to print the whole 4, 5, 6, (or however) many pages. I do not think it is a 'settings' issue on my desktop...or any of my laptops. What is wrong with Firefox? This page, for example, https://www.metopera.org/season/in-cinemas/2019-20-season/agrippina-live-in-hd?utm_source=HD%20Porgy%20and%20Bess&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=1-20LiveinHDPorgyandBess&utm_content=version_A is about 6 pages long (if I view in MS EDGE or Windows Explorer (which MS says should no longer be used!) - it's 6 pages, but if I go to Print in Firefox (using Win 8.1 on a recently overhauled desktop (or on a brand new Win10 HP laptop) I get the first page and page 2 of 2 is a header oly. Same in Print Preview. FIREFOX DON'T WORK!!!

There is a folder called 'Amozilla' containing a folder called 'AFirefox' under Users/_____/AppData/Roaming, in addition to the regular Mozilla folder. The Amozilla files are all from 2018 - no recent use. Are these legitimate? Safe to delete?
The regular Mozilla folder contains two Firefox profile folders: one with recent files, the other all from 2018. Safe to delete the defunct profile folder? (I am the only user of this computer.)

In order to post this, I have had to access the site via Chromium, which also noted a secure connection error. I have used a VPN add-on to secure the connection and access the site.
I assume this is an issue on the Mozilla server with an expired certificate?

I've been using Firefox since Netscape ended and i always enjoyed it. Unfortunately the Firefox 72 is utterly hideous. It is the worst and most unstable browser i ever tested -- it's extremely slow, it doesn't even work with hardware acceleration, it's not compatible with most sites i access and it crashes a lot. Anyway I already reinstalled the version 71, which continues to work flawless and I don't plan to ever use auto updates again. The problem is that every single day Firefox tries to update to the horrible 72 version, and every day I have reject it manually.
I'm looking for a way to permanently block future Firefox updates, without asking me for it again. Any ideas?
