Bonjour , la communauté ! Je viens de m'ouvrir un compte MOZILLA ,car précisement sur CHROME mon compte MICROSOFT est pollué par ce WOT sécurity scan qui vient , je ne sais d'où et qui , au prétexte de me protéger vient de bloquer mon blog de théâtre amateur sous prétexte que c'est un site pour adultes alors qu'il n'en est rien ! Hello After last firefox update this page mail.proton.me (specifically: https://mail.proton.me/u/0/inbox) does not load for me.

It works in chrome and edge but not firefox. I cleared my cookies and cache but it did not help. All I get is blank white page and sometimes error message. I attach screen from my F12 menu when I try to load page. In brave for example there is much more activity than in FF.

I set up a primary password, forgot it and set up another one, now neither work. I'm so fed up with Firefox i just want to delete it, but Mozilla support said do not delete the account without solving this problem.

I'd appreciate any help you can give.

I do use AVG and I have turned off the VPN while using Firefox to see if that helps.

I'm no longer able to play Youtube videos on Firefox. I've tried everything from re-starting laptop (this worked initially) to refreshing/updating Firefox browser as well as clearing Firefox cache and cookies. Any help will be appreciated.

I want to cancel what I was doing tonight and do it another day when it is not so late. I have more office work to do and it is after midnight so I do not want to mess up my windows 7 as I hardly know what I am doing. I need to contact you when I have more time. I am too tired and still have reports to do. Can I cancel what I was doing and try it again another day? I am wanting to get some medical records because I had to go to the ER a few months ago and need them for the Veteran's Assoc. to file a claim

When accessing Outlook (https://outlook.office.com) using Firefox ESR version 128.9.0 and attempting to download a file attached to an email, the string 'UTF-8' is automatically inserted at the beginning of the file name, which is causing issues. This phenomenon does not occur with other browsers such as Edge or Chrome.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

Since the last update (136.0.4 (64bit)) firefox only partially shows an embedded google spreadsheet. It was fine in the previous version. Tried turning off enhanced tracking protection, but that didn't do anything.

After firefox update, start page changed to first photo i added here, second photo is how it was before, is there any way to get it back? Before update i had version 131.0b9, now its 136.0b1
