Context: So, I needed to get into Pear Assessment for school (I use my personal computer for school too) And I couldn't get into my Practice Test, so my mom suggested that I delete my history in an attempt to get in. So then I deleted it also thinking it might have a chance at working. But it didn't, and now I deleted my personal history for nothing. Please help me. Thank you.

(It is my first time using this website. I am a child, so I'm not sure how to answer everything in means of details. Also I put this on "browse" because, you know, browsing history. bold text there seems to be multiple open pages (hidden from view) of my sign-in attempts to get into my outlook email account. it seems that each time i try to sign in, firefox opens several panes and thus, microsoft often blocks my attempt to sigh in to outlook. anyone know how to fix this? thanks very much!!
