With Firefox Android on my tablet, bookmarks are not syncing that i see when logged into my Firefox account on other devices. I tried logging out and in to my Firefox accont and also unchecking and checking the "sync bookmarks" box. Firefox Android says "bookmarks are now synced". But they aren't!

You need to enable me to sync the desktop to my mobile phone. I've had mozilla firefox on my Mac and android phone for years but now I am expected to work out how to create a back up and then delete all of my data and trust it will upload to the new browser on my desktop -- which before the update held the same data. Really unimpressed. Get it sorted.

Dear Mozilla Team, I installed my Fieefox on Linux Mont on an old Laptop I use as my daily machine. Firefox however after login does not sync to my previous installs. I have installed and removed firefox on my mobile (iphone), with no change. Also re-installing and singning out, signing back in did not help. What can I do to get all my bookmarks and PWs back?

Firefox on Windows is syncing with Firefox on iOS (iPhone) satisfactorily HOWEVER the Windows version seems to be randomly disconnecting from sync. This is inconvenient (my passwords and other info disappears!) and it forces me to disconnect my iPhone Firefox from sync before reconnecting it as I connect my Windows Firefox to sync. It did not do that in the past. How do I prevent that random and frequent disconnect from happening. I have 2FA enabled. Suggestions? Or is this a known recent problem?

I have profiles on desktop , i had enabled sync in all profiles when the feature was first introduced. the account icon always showed that it is syncing , but in the sync tab , no visited tab list appears of any profile in both the desktop .,, i installed firefox on the android today to check synchronization but its tabs never show in desktop profile and the android tells last synchronization never....neither the desktop tabs appear in android history

Hello, I am transferring to a new device but my device is not syncing and just loading even when I tried to close and open Firefox. I've tried to also log this in via support but to no avail. Appreciate any help on this. Thank you!

Hello Mozilla. I am logged on to my Firefox account on a new computer. Although I have logged in, I haven't experienced Firefox automatically syncing my bookmarks and extensions as I did two computers ago to this last computer. I have tried syncing numerous time (pressing the sync button in my account) to no avail. What do I need to do to get this working? Thank you for your time and attention.

Good day. I reinstalled Firefox. I logged into my account, pressed sync... Nothing changed at all! I didn't pull up a single bookmark. How is that possible???? Sincerely, [email address]

I made sure to sign in and hit sync on my browser prior to moving over to my new computer. I've logged in on my new computer and manually hit the sync button but my passwords and bookmarks are not populating.

I changed my password in my Mozilla account and now I can no longer sync my firefox for android.

I scan the QR code and on my android screen proceeded normal and asking me to confirm but in my desktop I get an error.

"General application error Something went wrong. Try again later."

I also tried in safe mode with no luck.

What to do now?

I follow the instructions on how to Sync and save data on my mobile, but there is no option in the options as described. I am logged in on both the phone and desktop.

1: my pc is broken, then I got new system and hdd. 2: I download firefox and login. 3: Press Sync now and nothing happen.

What I want:

so I did a factory data reset of my s22 Plus last week and I just tried to send it a tab from my Mac to my phone which doesn't work but it works the other way. The device was still signed into my account I signed it out sign it back in from the phone and every time I try to scan the QR code to connect another device from the QR code scanner in the search bar of the Firefox browser it keeps saying that I need to use like another app because it thinks it thinks I'm using the phones camera I'm not quite sure where to go from here

I've signed in and synced everything from my iphone to my windows computer. When I go to the sync tab view on my computer, it says that my iphone isn't connected. On my iphone I can see the tabs that are from my computer, though. I'm not great with technology so this may just be a simple thing that I'm missing. Would appreciate any help :)
