As of Monday 20 January 2025. Youtube have done it again. Download Helper does not pick up on the video that I am watching and wish to download. This is only with youtube! Since about November I have had to fiddle with what I was watching as youtube would not pick up on the video showing. I had to click on another video, then go back to the first video and the correct url would be there and I could download it. I had to do this for every video.

My Mozilla log-in address is an old one - I have changed my email provider from xxxxxxx@TalkTalk.net to xxxxxxx@outlook.com. Although I can still get into Mozilla I can't change my log-in to make other updates. The advice provided is to make a new extra login and then make that one the primary but it does not work.

How can I change my email address for my existing account? Existing: daw@*Hidden for privacy*.net New : daw1787@*Hidden for privacy*.com

the email i signed in with is no longer valid i need to put in a new one i have spent an hour trying to find out how to do this is a nightmare there are guidelines for changing a password, but nothing about removing an old invalid email and password it really should not be this hard suggestion: next to the email address put an edit/change button

i couldn't find the "Menu button" which i was supposed to click, to begin changing the name everyone would see. ( i have ALWAYS loved Mozilla - the Firefox graphic - instead of corporate U.S.!) But, tonight has taken OVER AN HOUR to just fill everything out, so my supportive Review of a kind Dentist could be POSTED!!

PLEASE HELP. Honest to the Almighty - i couldn't sleep last night. Am now exhausted.

Using Firefox browser 126.0.1 via Steam Deck desktop running SteamOS 3.6.22; I am unable to download any extensions. I tried to download uBlock Origin and ProtonVPN through addons.mozilla.org, but recieved an error message:

"Installation aborted because the add-onn appears to be corrupt."

I then checked other extensions I found on the front page recommendations, like "Dark Reader" and "Image Search Options" and they gave me the same error.

Could not find anything that helped my situation upon searching for solutions, any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I previously had my personal email attached to a Firefox Account. I added other emails, changed the primary email, and then completely removed my personal email from the account.

However, Mozilla still allows login with that removed email and prevents me from creating a new Firefox Account with it.

I need the email login association fully cleared so this email can be used for a separate Firefox Account, while keeping the existing account intact.

Can you please reset/remove the hidden email ownership binding on your end?
