I did use yahoo email for long time but now I want to switch to g mail address for my own protection and will keep my home address and will use my personal information as is not further changes.

The primary and only email address I have set for my mozilla account, while it was my main email address at the time that I signed up, had become clogged with too much daily spam nonsense, so I had made a different email address that I switched to using. Apparently, since I hadn't logged into the first email account for a certain amount of time, the account provider deleted the account, so when I decided to try to change my primary email account that I have listed on my mozilla account, but when I tried to add a secondary account like it says your required to do so you can change the primary, mozilla wants me to enter a code sent to my primary email address to prove I am me, and therein lies my problem. I can't get into the primary email account because it doesn't exist anymore, so I need a new primary email account on my mozilla account, and I can't add a new email account to my mozilla account because I can't access the primary email account. I can't find a contact help link or anything, the closest I could get was this link that sent me here to the forums. Can somebody help me out?

The email address in the account recovery option is incorrect. I cannot locate any option to revise it. Correct address is: GHUGHES204@gmail.com. The INCORRECT email address is GHUGES204@gmail.com. How can this be corrected?

I had my work email as my primary and used asimha.cloud@gmail.com as my secondary email. I'm no longer with that company and don't have access to that email. I'd like to use asimha.cloud@gmail.com as my primary email. The work email in question that has to be removed is - simhaaj@vmware.com.

The email account I use for my firefox login is now no longer in use, is there anyway I can change the primary email to a different one, I am currently logged in but dont have a back email on my account and if I try to add one it wants to send me a verifaction code to the email I can't access.

I no longer have access to the primary account email. I went under "manage account" tried to make the secondary email my primary, Firefox sends verficiation code to my primary email. I do not have access to that email.

Please help.

The primary email that I have For my account is no longer active. I can't use that to sign in. Then email is [edited] @reagan.com. I do have a secondary email. it is [edited] @protonmail.com. Your system wants to demand that I use that primary email address. I can't do that. Can you help me?

I need to update my email to my new account. I list it as my secondary and need to make it my primary email. When asking this question I got a response that there was a "make primary" button next to the secondary email that you could use to perform this task. My account does not have that option. I changed my email last year and need to correct it for my Firefox account. Please help.

I am trying to set up a secondary account and keep getting an error message "This email was already confirmed by another user". How is this possible for 2 people to have the same email address? I use this email all the time so I know it is mine.

I am leaving my old email site. I attempted to add the email address that will eventually become my primary ( ID) but it says that email address already exists...but it is not listed anywhere in Firefox (Mozilla ) that I can find. Typically software issues ..day in the life crap.

i couldn't find the "Menu button" which i was supposed to click, to begin changing the name everyone would see. ( i have ALWAYS loved Mozilla - the Firefox graphic - instead of corporate U.S.!) But, tonight has taken OVER AN HOUR to just fill everything out, so my supportive Review of a kind Dentist could be POSTED!!

PLEASE HELP. Honest to the Almighty - i couldn't sleep last night. Am now exhausted.
