My wife put Bear Share as a toolbar, We had Microsoft Essentials for our security and then we got infected by several problems all that came from using Bear Share. It has slowed down everything and I can't get rid of it. I want Google for our toolbar.

Hello, everytime I want to open a website that I frequently use, Firefox fails to suggest it as first and rather suggests the "base" url. Example: I want to open https://www.arabdict.com/en/deutsch-arabisch but typing "ara" in the URL input field always suggests https://www.arabdict.com although the first link is both bookmarked and pinned on home. Can someone tell me how to fix this if it's even fixable yet? Chrome does this if you want to compare the user experience I'm missing since switching to Firefox. Thank you!

I have tried to find solutions to this and have not found anything to be a permanent fix. I recently have found my FireFox browser closing my first attempt to open and upon opening my second attempt Firefox will open but give me a pink address bar with a robot stating "browser is under remote control (reason: Dev Tools)" and the only thing that seems to get rid of this temporarily is going to my control panel (I'm a windows user) and toggling the remote assistance checkbox (I keep it unchecked since this problem has occurred). Then after re-opening Firefox again, it appears to work normally - no pink address bar with robot. Is there a permanent fix for this? Is it an OS issue or a Firefox issue? Maybe both? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I am fairly tech savvy, but not too familiar with browser interfaces and solutions involving the command line.

I'm unable to watch videos on Crunchyroll. When I try to watch a video, the video becomes a static image of one frame. When I switch tabs and come back to the video, or hit refresh, it changes to the latest frame of the video but freezes once again. I have the latest version of Firefox and am using a Macbook. Per suggestions I have found online, I have tried disabling all my extensions, deleting my cache, deleting the Firefox folder in my ~/Library, making sure DRM content is enabled, and uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox altogether. Nothing works. Was hoping to switch over to Firefox since Google Chrome has banned ublock origin, but I keep running into these obnoxious video problems. The same issue also happens on Amazon Prime Video, but only when I press full screen.

Firefox periodically says I am "forbidden" to enter my Kaiser website (KP.org). I know what Mozilla recommends as a fix, which is to clear data and cookies. But this creates more problems because I have to re-enter passwords and other settings. This is a problem Mozilla's website reports has been occurring for YEARS! Why can't Mozilla/Firefox fix this? Please tell me there is a better way to fix this problem.

Hi, i have problem with uninstalling uBlock Origin i cant remove them from extension tab. I tried refreshing firefox, reinstalling, opening firefox with troubleshoot mode and still nothing i dont know why is so difficult.Even when i reinstalling firefox this addon onstalling by itself even when im not logged in.Please help me. As part of my job I need to fill in long content into webpages. Many of the words can be long and not so common in everyday language - but are words that I use many times in the report writing I do. Like with MS Word's AutoCorrect... Could there not be an option for custom work shortcuts, such as:

Hello, i want to know if i can use dark mode in the main web sites of mozilla, like support page or account page, becase it hurts my eyes when i want to switch from other sites where i at least can use some extension to fix it but all mozilla pages always bright white. What i have to do? Thanks

Updated my Win 11 laptop with latest changes and find the fonts on pages and on tabs is all messed up. I've tried Settings to choose larger size, set defaults to Arial and/or Arial Round .... does not help.

How do I either fix this, or undo this update, or is there a fix coming ASAP??

Corel asked me to do a screen shot of the issue: Attached When I look at the changed screen, There is an icon infront of the Web address line that looks like a robot. daThis is still frustrating. I do not like to use the browser when something else appears to be in control. I have MacAFee and run a scan but nothing shows up? If developers are following my browser, I should beable to turn this off.

Webpages don't open on Firefox and a link is clicked (for example, a link in an email). This problem does not happen when using another browser. I followed the advice given to someone who had the same problem. Switching to "No proxy" as suggested did not correct the problem. From there, go into Connection Settings and change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".
