does Firefox allow for me to block a specific URL ex (winred.com) a simple line edit to block sites

Often when I do an internet query, I get content back in some foreign language...URL: zhihu.com ..... I want to block this URL from my computer. How can I do this?

Im the caregiver for Peter. He uses Tidal to listen to music during the day and night. Specially at night because he listens to classic music to sleep. He was blocked by Mozilla to enter to his Tidal account last night. We need this to get fixed.

Just recently I am no longer able to login to the discover.com site in private mode. It still works in regular mode. I'm using this on a desktop, not the discover app. I spoke to their tech support and tried to do a login while on the phone. They told me nothing was coming through on their end. So, what changed and how can I fix it please?

Since the last Firefox update, I'm now receiving feedback that Cloudflare is blocking webpages from being allowed to open. I use a secure external site for an application that is used.

Yes, I've restarted the server - this is where this issue resides. I have also, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. There has been no hardware changes made to this server. The switches and routers are all working, I restarted each of these in the correct order. So I've ruled out my infrastructure as the cause. I've verified all of the Mozilla/Firefox services are started and running. Interesting fact, go back to old school and I can ping the website/page where the Cloudflare issue is appearing. This tells me the site is available outside of Firefox.

Yes, I know I've broken Security within Firefox, just trying to figure out how to get around this issue and still use Firefox. I will turn things back on once I have this issue resolved.

I've added the parent site to the Enhanced Tracking Protection. It only allows me to add the parent site and not any sub webpage, site.com/support not allowed. That did not resolve the issue.

I turned off the DNS over HTTPS. This also did not resolve the issue.

If I am not receiving the Cloudflare webpage, other generic browser pages will return Server Not Found.

I'm not able to log into various accounts, including a special email account.

To even access this form, I've had to go to an unsupported OS, as there were issues even having this form to even load. I will need to go to various workstations to see if they are having the same issue... My thinking is fix the server, I know the issue is here and hopefully the workstations will automatically be resolved.

Some websites are loaded but only showing the XML, that is fine as I can read this. End User, this would be an issue for them.

I prefer to use Firefox over other browsers but I feel my hands are now tied with not being able to access items I use to be able to access. I have had to switch to a much less favored browser to try and work around this issue.

I know this issue has all occurred since the last update was automatically installed, something perhaps I should disable.

Any thoughts or work around?

I sometimes have an issue: when I try to pay for a product or service, I end up in an error page and the only way to continue is by using another browser. I think that the problem is that my browser blocks pop-up windows. Which of the extensions does that? How can I get myself out of the need to use other browsers?

I have tried endlessly to go onto Anesco website, it comes up with Forbidden 404 on all their sites, my solar system is managed by them but I cannot access the sites to contact them anyone got any ideas please, https://anesco.com/

when I go to a web site I get an error msg saying You don't have permission to access "http://www.att.com/" on this server. why and what does it mean and how do i fix it?

I can no longer access my bank account login page. It says Error: Forbidden Your client does not have permission to get URL /login from this server. I can't find help and I'm totally frustrated. I AM NOT A COMPUTER TECH. I am just an end user and this is WAY WAY TOO COMPLICATED A PROCESS FOR ME

今まで利用していたChromeでもEdgeでも10日前にアクセスできなくなったので、試しにFirefoxをインストール、その後、このサイトにアクセスできた。それでhttps://www.minim.jp/に接続するときだけ、Firefoxを利用していた。

しかし、28日アクセスすると「エラーコード: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR」が出るようになりアクセスできなくなった。 現在もChromeやEdgeではアクセスできない。

Windows11　Firefox　146　です。 ウイルスバスターの問題かもしれないと思ってアンインストールして、確かめたが改善されなかった。 ChromeやEdgeの公式版のβ版(最新バージョン)でも改善しませんでした。 OS　25H2　26200.7462で最新版

I get Apple emailed advertisements. When I wished to unsubscribe I am sent to "c.apple.com". Firefox tells me that "We’re having trouble finding that site" and "We can’t connect to the server". I believe this is a valid site. I would like to know if Firefox blocks certain websites. If there are blocked sites what is the procedure to unblock them.

when I try to log into my gmail account, it is asking me to verify by log in first to an inactive account that was linked to my gmail account. with Chrome I have no problem log in to my gmail account

Hi Folks - Per attached image, in the last few weeks (Dec.2025+ mainly), I get blocked from accessing web.Whatsapp.com on my Lenovo.X1 (Windows) laptop. It may work eventually but the block stays a long time etc.

Any ideas why & a fix much appreciated :)

Why suddenly and for no reason after years and years on the same computer am I not able to access espnaudio.espn.com Makes no sense!

The site for our 501c 3 non-profit (Caring Hands For Angels, Inc) is flagged as deceptive and blocked by Firefox. I have no idea WHY this had happened nor how to correct it. I noticed on a google search that all the TV reports and newspaper articles about the organization show up in a search but not an actual link to the website. Is this because Firefox blocks it? Is it Google which is blocking it? We need help and don't know where to start.
