Suddenly Firefox will not start. The firefox.exe process is running fine, but no window is displayed. And no sign of it in the taskbar. There is no error-messages. I have tried to create a new profile, it did not help.

I have just installed the program. It won't start. I tried to uninstall; however, a message came up that it wouldn't uninstall while running. Windows xp says it is not running. The same message appeared when attempting instead to upgrade.

facebook have a new photo uploading system and this does not currently work through my Firefox, they said to contact you as it was something to do with a plug in (?)

Firefox is preventing me sending an email. As soon as i go in it just keeps flashing up rows and rows of paragraph etc and seems not to load properly. I have checked with my service provided and they say it is a problem with firefox and suggested i download the latest upgrade which i have.

Hi, I'm uable to open any www.moonfruit.com pages. I have also tested in IE and also no luck. I don't know if there is a problem with the site or me! But in the past I could access it without a problem. I don't no much about all this, so simple answers please! Many thanks

When using "firstview.com" and scrolling through pictures, I wish to return to my initial viewing page. I use the "go back" button and am able to return 30 or so pages, and then it does not allow further "go back." Can I increase or eliminate the limit on the capacity to go back using the go back button?

smart mouse cursor technology is auto scrolling when the pointer is over the scroll arrow automatically paging up and down my screen before I want it to. I want to disable this "smart technology" feature so that things only happen when I tell them to.

the tabs keep opening in a new window when I switch to view them and sometimes when I scroll too. How Do I Turn This OFF Completely Forever? I asked this before and was told it can happen if I move the mouse when I click and this is a new feature. NOT SO.. they open a new window frequently, no mater how I click , even sometimes while I am scrolling a page.

How do you load firefox browser onto a computer with no existing browser. You need to access the internet to download firefox from mozilla but I cannot access the internet. Do you use a memory stick or what else?

I have adblock, but ads aren't the only annoyance. I can't stop the moving actionscript without disabling all javascript. Newspaper pictures move, scrolls move. I don't want movement when I am reading.

No matter what I do, I cannot upgrade firefox, and as a result, almost every site I go on that no longer supports my browser keeps telling me to upgrade, and I keep getting back unwanted viruses. Each time I try to reinstall or upgrade firefox, all it does continuously is reinstall the old version I had previously.

fI can't get the date to print at the bottom of a page. I go to page setup and header/footer and ensure that date/time is entered into the lower right corner box and the date still doesn't print on a page.

My adblock plus add-on will not work on Firefox 3.6.3 when I tried to install it. It prompts me to restart, but when I do, it does the same thing over again.

When firefox sends a request for google.com, it receives a 301 (permanently moved) response, as detected by the Net log in firebug. The response redirects firefox to msdn.com. No other sites seem to have this problem, and it does not happen when using IE (although IE has its own issues). Firefox is also not configured to use a proxy. The problem seems to originate when firefox is starting up, and if it occurs when firefox starts, it consistently occurs for the entire session. Restarting firefox will sporadically correct it, but all bets are off for the next run. The computer has shown indications that it may have some kind of virus, but McAfee and SpyBot are not detecting it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
