Dear Sir I had been watched youtube many years, but a few years back then it kept signed me out, and I have had to sign in again every time. It's annoying and rather fed up too. would you help and give me advice how can I stay sign in once and for all. Thank you. Regards. Louise

My tabs do not open correctly. They are squeezing in between the < and > and I have to try to find it? There is a big bracket showing between those two < > arrows.

I have no idea what happened but before the tabs started acting crazy, when I opened FireFox it was very, very small print that I had to resize with the 'Control, mouse up' move.

Up until about a month ago, I could send files (photos, etc.) to as many people as I wanted to. All of a sudden, I can't send any kind of attachment to multiple contacts. I can send it one contact at a time, but not several. Does anyone have an idea what my problem is? Any help would be appreciated. My friends are saying they miss my jokes and cartoons!

hi..please see attached image..I'm wondering if I did something to cause this. I think I clicked on the update FFN notification that regularly appears in the upper right-hand corner or my laptop screen. I then restarted the computer. then this error. I did the FF "refresh" and that seems (so far) to have fixed the problem, but it wiped my settings :( any suggestions or thoughts appreciate..thx Matt

I have never seen this before, especially from the web age in question.

The last time I downloaded your update, I think it was in May, 2022, you apparently downloaded the version for Windows 10. It would not work with my windows 7. By the time I got it fixed I had lost ALL my bookmarks, history, etc. Now you are offering the latest download, I believe it is July. I am afraid to download it for fear I might lose all my bookmarks again. Can I just ignore the download. I DO NOT want to go to Windows 10 or 11. I am 95 years old and I like to stick to what I know. What is the situation with you and Windows 7 at this time? Are you no longer offering it? Thanks for your help. I have had Firefox since Firefox 1.0 (October 2004). In fact I still have the original instruction manual and the disk. Lately every time you release an update you break something in how Amazon is displayed. Not on all pages, the initial main page is fine, but if you try and view any lists or past purchases the display is unreadable. I've noticed this in the past, but this time it happened right after your last update, so I conclude that's where the problem lies. The attached screenshot is of my Amazon Wishlist. If you have one of those you'll notice the appreaence is way off. And BTW I was trying to delete the list, or perform any of the other actions that result in those warnings. Thank you.

I can no longer login into https://www.amwater.com/ website to pay my bill. See attached message telling me that I need to install a different browser. Well I tried to upload a print screen of the error message that I'm getting, but your site is unable to finish the upload. It just keeps saying " Uploading AMWater.png

How do I turn off the automatic desktop download? Every time I open a file it downloads it to my desktop without permission. This is beyond irresponsible and dangerous to the end user. I assume you have a team standing by to assist in removing virus' and restoring people's computers.
