I'm trying to assist someone with a weird problem when using Facebook Chats from a Windows 10 Acer laptop. Often when they send a message, it disappears from their chat history BUT it stays in the recipients chat log. The recipient can reply to it but the original sent message stays gone from the senders history, it doesn't reappear when the recipient responds. Previous sender message history remains unaffected. Also if someone send them a message it will often disappear before they get a chance to read it, or it disappears shortly thereafter. I have tried clearing the cache etc to no avail. Any suggestions please?

I updated the version to latest one 115.26.0, with no joy. Is it going to stay like this? If so I will move on. I support Mozilla with £. Thanks for your help. I am 80 now. When I was 40 I would have been in the thick of knowing all about Firefox (I was in technical IT then) but I'm now too old to keep up with all that.

Why does Vanguard say my Firefox browser is no longer supported. It says I have to update to the latest version. I am using version 115.26.0esr (64-bit) and it says Firefox is up to date.
Their website seems to work okay, but they say I may not be getting the "best experience," whatever that means.
