hello there , I am posting this question for the second time since I can't see the previous one anywhere. Can someone help me with css to customize the New Tab top-sites(shortcuts) labels. I would like to change the font-size and color of the labels. My previous userContent.css does not work since FF94. Hope there is a way. look4

Hopefully you can help. I know this may be a Microsoft issue or question but I'm having trouble in finding a reasonable way to contact them for help. My question is, my computer runs slow, and so I thought I would clean up my files by using the Microsoft disk clean up procedure. I did so. But, my specific question is what is a good number to have when the it says a given number of disk space can be cleaned up? For example, I believe when I first tried to clean the disk it said 5.1 GB of disk space could be cleaned. When I ran the disk clean process and it completed it then said 66 KB of disk space could be cleaned. So how much disk space did I gain or get cleaned up? And, if I can only clean up 66 KB of disk space is that indicative of not really needing to clean the disk any farther? Hopefully some one can help. While this may be a Microsoft issue, I believe the Firefox contributors have enough computer knowledge to help answer my question. At least that is my hope. Thank you.

Hi. I want to sync with my work pc (it used to work just fine but when I synced to a newer third pc- successfully- it just stopped). When i try to sign in on the work pc it asks me for the primary password which it then FAILS to recognise to allow me to proceed! What's going on? I can't even log onto sites with saved passwords anymore. Any help appreciated.

Where can I get Firefox 52.9.0? There was a list of old versions here but now I can't find it. I found https://download2.portableapps.com/portableapps/FirefoxPortableLegacy52/FirefoxPortableLegacy52_52.9.0_English.paf.exe I really did not want the portable version but avast considers it a threat so it may not be genuine.

After the latest update, "synced tabs" suddenly appeared in my history menu above Recently Closed Tabs. I don't use syncing of any sort so this is just a nuisance. How can I get rid of it?

Firefox is notoriously adept when it comes to browser/user protection, (THANK YOU!!!!!!!!). Are there any plans to include protection against homograph/homoglyph attacks please? I think the simplest way would be to just search the URL for any characters that are not part of the current/usual typeset?

Firefox 112 update will not download completely. It just keeps saying it is downloading but it does not complete. I can't access some websites now since I have been trying to download the update. Please help. Thanks.

Everytime I try to do a search in Firefox I get a Manuals Library page come up. Why is it doing this? I did a search not long ago for a user's manual for a product, and I guess I accidentally downloaded this Manuals Library. Now I have no idea how to get rid of it. There is no shortcut on my desktop for it, I cannot find it anywhere in my downloaded programs in Uninstall or Change a Program in my Control Box. I DO NOT want this program! Help please!! I tried to do a screen shot of the page, but your browse won't pick it up when I browse for the screen shot I saved on my desktop. Below is the web address copied from the address bar.

Long-time problem: Running Firefox 115.6.0esr (64-bit) on Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit). Viewing "CNN live" in one tab. Mutes if I open any another app/window [Login to website #1 [CNN live] and view/listen...Open anything else; CNN mutes] (Note- This happens in both Firefox and Chrome) Any ideas/suggestions for how to avoid this behavior? Hello. It seems that Google has created a way of "dealing with" Firefox's automatic removal of the page seeking one's acceptance or rejection of cookies. Each time I refresh the page, the accept/reject cookies pop-up briefly flicks on-screen but then disappears and one is back at the consent page:

So as things are, I cannot access the consent page to either reject or accept the cookies, and therefore I cannot get past the consent page and into googlemaps.

Google may be aware of Firefox's way of "dealing with" the consent page and has found a way of making it impossible for people to proceed to use of the googlemaps website.

Hello. Wanna report that i noticed strange border while in fullscreen mode while watching a video. The same things happens even if you go fullscreen mode on browser (not a video). Yesterday was fine. System 7, 64bit, Mozilla update 113.0

It is only in Firefox that this happens. Android and Opera are both fine. For example the city name appears several time over the map, and likewise so do suburb names. See attached screen grab. Is there a setting that I have missed?

When I click on Next on the login page of Hulu, youtube or the Roku websites, nothing happens. No messages about wrong or unrecognized credentials. Just no action or movement at all.

I was trying to change some settings on Firefox and I accidentally closed it and lost all of my tabs. I have the setting enabled to open tabs from last browsing session, but I was messing with the extension OneTab and I lost my open tabs.

Just to be clear, it wasn't the fault of OneTab, this is was my fault for closing Firefox too quickly when it was restoring my tabs and I didn't allow it to finish.

Anyway, in attempting to recover my tabs, I have restored from backup my "sessionrestore-backups" folder; this didn't work. I have also restored my entire Mozilla folder in my profile; this also didn't work.

I also tried following this article (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-restore-browsing-session-backup), but the sessionstore.jsonlz4 file doesn't exist. I did a search for this file in my profile and it doesn't exist anywhere.

Does anyone have any ideas that may help?

Hello, Today, when I first open Mozilla I noticed that I have problems with fullscreen mode. When I use fullscreen (f.g. on YouTube, but it's with all clips in other pages too) I can see white borders (on the left, right and at the bottom). I checked on other browser (Chroma) and I don't have this problem there. Can this problem be connected with new update? Or something just broke and I should re-install?

Win 7 64 bit. 109.0.1 (64-bit) I have two admin user accounts. On number two when I bookmark a page it automatically puts a folder on the toolbar.

in number one it puts in the bookmark pull down [where you click Bookmarks from the menu bar] and I can create a folder on the toolbar if I want. I want.

I do not want all boomarks to be on the toolbar but want the toolbar shown as i want to be able to add a folder

FF would start to load but never completely finish so I forgot & stupidly did the troubleshooting mode or w/e that put me back to default so LOST all my settings, etc.. Strangely it's back "close" to normal except I was using Passbrow which the icon shows on toolbar but greyed out & I can't get it to turn back on. I have the "Old FF Data" folder but following the steps it doesn't show where profile is stored for me to be able to copy the old data TO. IF I can restore the old profile hopefully that would get it back working ALL as it was...but HOW??
