I bought a new laptop. I installed ZoneAlarm and Virus Protection for Windows 11 as I thought Maybe Wolf and Windows Defender might be the problem. I did everything suggested by Mozilla to get it to let me log on. To no avail.

I did everything. I still cannot get access to https://www.chewy.com - despite my logging in many many times. Please tell me how to fix this. This is STUPID!

This is the error message I keep getting: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.chewy.com/app/login" on this server.

In my MS Windows 11 system in control panel, Apps > Default apps. Firefox is listed twice. In both of these there are these two separate listings: ".htm" and ".html". Below both these listing it says: "Firefox" "Firefox HTML Document"

Question: Can I remove/delete/uninstall one of these Firefox's? Question: Should I remove/delete the ".htm" and just leave the ".html"?

Hope this makes sense. Thank you for your help.

YouTube (for example) video begins to stutter and ultimately stop playing when i switch the focus to another app (on my second monitor) however the audio continues perfectly. I tested this and it doesnt happen with Edge. I have seen other articles reporting simlar problems on different platforms that say to edit the network.http.throttle.enable and version. Mine are already set to the suggested settings but i am still having the problem. Any thoughts?

So ive been using firefox as my main web browser for years. I cant remember how long now, well over a decade. Anyway, i recently moved over to windows 11 on my laptop and it updated firefox the other day. The browser is no longer functional. I open it, but the page is blank and it is trying to load a new tab but nothing is happening. Any address i try this is the same. All my bookmarks are still there but it doesnt work. Id also like to complain that it came loaded with amazon extensions as well. I disable those, does that have anything to do with it?

I was using Firefox as usual when Bitdefender, my antivirus app, apparently caught a Firefox-related file it thought was malicious and either quarantined or deleted it.

Now, Firefox will not display any websites at all. The other web browser on my computer Microsoft Edge, displays the websites just fine and is not having issues. But not Firefox.

I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Firefox, to no avail. I also tried to restart my computer, again to no avail.

What do I need to do to have Firefox back up and running again?

Look I have memory issues I already have to change my password & now I just got a recovery key as long as my arm. Do you people think any of us have such important stuff on our home, student computers we need the tools of a CFO or CEO of a major corp. REALLY I think it is time we realize 2/3 of the tools on a computer be it windows or moz:lla are superfluous. To make me have to remember that many numbers is torture or try to remember where I put the print out is mean. Is cruel and why? So our egos can feel filled with smoke? Anything more than 5 fonts is a waste. How much time do you think gets wasted while people "play" or fart around with all the empty tools on computers? The world wide web is a huge wall surrounding all the companies that take our money. You built it for them Then showed consumers shinny new toy we waste our money our time our lives and we will never be able to get into the wall you built to get back money we spent or time we wasted. A 15 number key, you think someone wants the answers to my midterm? If they need it Let them have it. You technological people, who build this trap, who blow smoke up where it tickles, should be ashamed.

I have like 4-8 skipped frames every second if i watch a 120fps stream or video on twitch (yes they exist), turning Hardware acceleration off works but i am hoping for another solution. Tried it with a fresh install (and deleting everything in appdata of course) of Firefox and Firefox Nightly but both have the same problem. I don´t have this problem on Chrome but i like Firefox more but i just can´t use it right now if this is not fixed...

Funny enough, when i start firefox's troubleshooting mode i don't have this problem, i don't know if it disables Hardware acceleration but in the Settings it's still enabled.
