I can't save my tabs & windows anymore, I have the box checked but after I close down the computer I lose all the tabs when I reopen and then I need to put them all back manually. What has gone wrong it always worked before for many years? Please tell me how to fix it

What changed to prevent youtube from working? It worked for as long as I have had your browser and two days ago... all of a sudden it doesn't... just freezes. I've done what you suggested... it didn't work I installed an extension yesterday and it worked yesterday... Now today... not working even with extension

Due to an internet outage, I got forcibly signed out of my Firefox account. I signed back in, but all my login info and passwords are just gone. I still have my browser history, and I'm even still logged in to some of my accounts, so I know some of my cookies and cache are intact.

Sometimes, I cannot click on an option on a form (on my up-to-date Firefox, on Windows 11 - help, please! Its usually only when the options are shown as little buttons or squares to tick off. Its not my mouse because it works for the usual mouse works.

I can't enter the tick/click necessary on this form to say "Email me when someone answers this thread" Cheers, Carol

Je n'ai jamais rencontré ce problème auparavant. just installed thunderbird on my new windows11 laptop and tried to add my comcast email account. i entered the email address and password and it sent me to a comcast web page to validate my email on imap.comcast.com. i am not on my home network so they sent a code to my phone which i entered successfully. it then asked for the address on my (comcast) account. i entered it and it told me it didn't recognize the address. I called comcast and finally got a human to talk with. we verified that my comcast account was set to allow third party access to my email. that's all the help she could give. i've run thunderbird on my windows 10 desktop with my comcast email for years with no problem. Has anyone encountered this problem?

BT yesterday misspelt my email address with an additional 'h'. Although the original address has now been restored, firefox will no longer accept the original version (displaking a red sticker saying 'email address or user name misspelt') and I can only read my emails using on my Windows laptop using Microsoft Chrome. As I dislike having anything to do with google, please can someone explain how to resolve this problem (by removing cookies or whatever else).

I like to use picture-in-picture mode to watch a YouTube video in the corner of my screen while editing an image or playing an online game (since I like having something to keep my brain active while I'm doing something). Recently, however, this has resulted in my computer locking up. I don't really know how to describe it succinctly, but audio becomes super stuttery and it takes a second or more to render a single frame. Last night this resulted in the loss of an in-progress image (don't worry, I took photos of my screen so I could recreate the image), so I want to figure out how to stop this.

Links keep opening in new windows, and not within new or same tab. Shift key is not stuck and all toggles in the Tabs Opening/Interaction Settings field have been turned off

I have 18 shortcuts that I have added to the Firefox desktop, but every time I open a new link, a shortcut is added to the desktop. How do I keep these unwanted shortcuts from being added to my Firefox desktop?

I have left Shortcuts toggled on, since I want to see the 18 shortcuts that I have manually pinned. Fine so far.

I have unchecked Sponsored Shortcuts, but I still am seeing sponsored shortcuts. What am I doing wrong?

I use Firefox for desktop in Windows, and I use Firefox on Android as well. I have enabled sync and signed into both browsers.

What I want to do is sort through the 50+ tabs that are open on my Android Firefox browser by opening them in my desktop Firefox session.

I am aware that I can open them one-by-one by following this how-to:

However, this is inconvenient: I want to open them *all* in one operation. This way, I can quickly bookmark them read them, and then confidently close all of my tabs in Android. (I have ADHD and this would help me a lot).

Is there an extension or option that would allow me to do that?

Firefox won't load google or youtube. In my gmail spam folder I keep getting emails stating "payment declined cloud storage full".
