Subject: Urgent: Request for Account Restoration

Dear Firefox Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Ray Bann, and I recently experienced an issue with my Firefox Nightly browser after a system restore on my personal computer earlier today.

Following the system restore, my Firefox Nightly browser was successfully restored; however, to my dismay, all of my meticulously organized bookmarks and passwords from my Firefox account disappeared. Despite numerous attempts, I was unable to retrieve them using the Sync feature, even after multiple logins.

I kindly request your assistance in restoring my Firefox account to a previous state, preferably within the last 2-3 days, to ensure the recovery of my bookmarks. The information related to my account is as follows:

Came here after a response on my google play review.

The problem is exactly as the title describes. Playing videos on various websites, such as Youtube, Vimeo, Twitter and Reddit for example, on firefox mobile (including firefox focus) results in the videos playing back with low fps instead of their native fps.

Refreshing the page the video is on sometimes fixes the issue, than once you pause the video and resume it the problem with the low fps shows up again.

Reinstalling doesn't fix it and downgrading to an older version made the problem occur less, but videos would still sometimes play back with low fps.

If screen recordings help figure out the problem please tell me.

I found any archived topic on not being able to customize the PDF Toolbar at all, from April 2023. But, over the weekend, my PRINT button has now moved from the first position to the last position. In fact, all 4 of the buttons have reversed themselves. It is now "Text, Draw, Image, & Print", instead of the normal Print first, etc. If we can not customize these buttons, how did they reverse themselves without my authorization? This really is inconvenient and bothers my OCD greatly.

So recently i downloaded Mozilla firefox on windows vista which is a old version and i had also downloaded the same version on windows 10 now the problem is that the browser in both the computers are using profanity such as "porn" i am 15 and i am not Ecstatic and now when i try to delete it i cant its using way too many vulnerable language and also it says welcome humans we come in peace and I had downloaded from this site "https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/". That is my problem i hope u find a solution and ping me on my mail. Because of which my laptop is not even running. After this incident i dont even know if i will use mozilla any more. Thank you

when it's tool Bar is turned on under windows 11 part of the browser is overlayed, but the browser on the windows 10 machine use to adjust the browser.

I can use my nOptimum email account on all of my computers except this one till a few days ago. You have blocked something on this one mcomputer and I have tried, clearing, data, cache, memory, etc every trick i know, cancelled Optimum and will have to redo...can't make Optimum work. Please help me straighten this out as I need this email for my business.

At first it was encryption stuff, not it is outright blocked...perfectly fine on my phone btw,

When use chrome I can double click with select IP address. But It's only select one number in Firefox. I think the chrome behavior is more compatible habits of people.

I know layout.word_select.stop_at_punctuation config . But It's not. In chrome, only dot will be part of number.

for example: this is a IP: 1.1.1.1, you can try it.

in chrome will get: this is a IP: "1.1.1.1", you can try it.

but in Firefox only select 1

My account was hacked and as a consequence I must go through GOTCHA. I have never had an issue with over use of the site; consequently, I would like the GOTCHA requirement removed.

Now, I got quite the few extensions, up to the amount, these cannot be brought into the Extension Bar. I could be wrong, however, there are possibly others with this issue.

Now, my question is, if Firefox could add a Grouping system within the Extensions Bar, basically drawers that you place on the Extensions Bar, which can be named (like "Writing Tools", "Saving Tools", ... .), and which act as drop-down menus, in which the extensions you placed in this drawer, to be listed when clicked? It would also clean up the Extensions Bar for people like me with many extensions, make it far more orderly ... .

Or, is there an extension which allows this?

When using the new tap page addon and open a new tab,it just can't build correctly and I don't know what kind of mistake had happened.My firefox browser is the newest version,the addon updates automatically so I guess it's the newest version too, and the system of my laptop is Windows 11 version 22H2.Please solve this problem.Please please sincerely please, this website means a lot to me, I would be very appreciate if you fix it quickly:(

I have a component that depends on browser events for online/offline events to let know the user when he is disconnected from the activity.

I was checking on firefox, and for some reason Im not able to see the event been emitted when disabling the network (I did test it, turn it the wifi on/off).

in the image , there is side by side with chrome and firefox, so I know my event listener works, but doesnt seems like firefox is sending the events,

I have a js using same examples from the documentation,

has someone else notice this? , or is some sort of settings in firefox?, according to the documentation it should be supported by default,

How do you remove a GMAIL account from the list?

I let someone check there email and now every time I go to GMAIL it is the default. I have seen all the resolutions for this problem and they don't work! Usually they point to a settings or option that does not exist.

I am using Windows 11 with Firefox version 121.0.1 (64 bit)

This is pretty stupid that it is this difficult to remove someone else's account from your system

I am wanting to maximize my privacy and security on Firefox. I am using aliases to do so. However, when viewing the account settings and the connected services section, I saw that Firefox was connected to "[full legal name]'s Firefox on [laptop name]." I did not supply Firefox with my real name, and I suspect that Firefox is simply reading the name of the account I used to log into my laptop. However, changing the name of the device account is not easy as it is linked to my Microsoft account, but even after successfully doing so using the command center, the connected services still reads my real name. How do I change this?

I'm looking for a way to base download location on a specific site. For example, when I go to (just using these as an example)

https://artofjohnbyrne.ourbunch.net/, I want downloads to go in c:\Pictures https://facebook.com/, I want download to go in c:\Facebook

Everything else can go in ~\Downloads

I am trying to add a new email address to my account so I can change the original one because it has been compromised. When i put in the new email I'm told there's "account already exists" I have no awareness of this account and can't find any reference to it in my paperwork. The new email address I want to change to is safe and secure. If in the past I did get a firefox account using the disputed email, How do I go about finding it? I'm using version 121.0.1

All of a sudden this week, messenger stopped working in Facebook in the Firefox browser on my computer. I've deleted cache, cookies and it still doesn't work. it works fine in Chrome. Help... what's happened in the last week?
