Recently I have run into an issue where any site I am logged into will not save that I am logged into that site if I close the tab or window. For example, if I am logged into YouTube, exit the tab, and open the same site in another tab, I then have to log into my account again.

I have tried this solution already: https://support.mozilla.org/bm/questions/1342460, to no success.

It always worked, i just alt+tab to firefox, quick spacebar and youtube video paused until few days ago, now i need to specificaly click on the video in order for it to work, other buttons work, other video websites like netflix dont have any problem. I remember new update tab opened. Why do you have to break everything? Don't know how long that show all tabs button is up there but I tried couple times to remove it and its impossible, why URL bar is also search bar? Why? everyone can but search bar whenever we want, even right next to it, who thinks of this bullshit? Instead of being user friendly you put useless shit into it making it work like a my 16 bit PC when people expect it to run smoothly and quickly.

Hi, I'm using some typical browser extensions (lastpass, HTTPS Everywhere, Privacy Badger, etc.), but all of buttons stopped operating. When I click them, nothing happens, clicking just makes the icon be shaded like it's pressed. I tried updating the browser, signing out&in, removing, loading and enabling them again. Nothing works. Most frustrating is the lastpass extension, as I actually use it almost daily.

Also I assume that one can't contact mozilla directly about these bugs/issues, only this community chat?

in our organization we use your program, but we recently noticed that the updates removed the option for vertical and horizontal printing from the printing menu, and the problem was solved by communicating with the support team. We added lines of code layout.css.page-size and we convert from true to false, but in the new update 119 we noticed This code has been deleted from your program's library The options for vertical or horizontal printing in any form no longer appear

Why??

How can we solve this problem other than downloading the Esr version We want to keep up with updates with you without any printing glitches

Firefox displays text in a garbled, unreadable fashion. HP desktop, 64-bit Windows. This is why I stopped using FireFox years ago; I wanted to see if it had improved. Is there a solution? See attached PAINT file of screen image.

When I want to do a google search, it will only do an amazon search. So if I am asking a tax question, it brings up amazon products to buy. I can't search anything. Very frustrated.

I use the above site to watch replays of the NFL. Upon updating the browser to the latest version, the page no longer loads the video content. It was working fine on the previous version and is working fine using Microsoft Edge. Can you please suggest a resolution?

I subscribed to Relay and VPN on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023, and paid the annual fee ($82.66); however, after looking at all the features of Relay, I decided that it was too complicated for me and I cancelled the subscription the same day. I have not received a refund yet.

Previously, I had been paying for the VPN monthly, and I do want to keep that and can pay for it annually. So the annual amount for the VPN could be withheld from the amount I paid and the refund could be for Relay portion only, if that's possible. If not, I will continue to pay for the VPN monthly.

Please advise as to how long before I will see my refund.

I seem to not be able to access the website for my local oil company https://fegleyoil.com/ even though I have been able to do so multiple times over the past few years. I have checked every Firefox setting but am still unable to load their site to order oil. I have successfully been able to load their site not only on my smartphone but also on my work PC. I need to know how to fix this. Please advise and many thanks in advance for any assistance. BTW, it also doesn't load on my home PC in Firefox, Edge or Chrome but again loads just fine on my phone and work PC and my home PC VPN is turned off when I try to access this site and I have it added to my Firefox exceptions to be allowed.

Here we go again.... I have been watching Amazon Prime Videos on my Mac and also my HP computers for a long time. About 3 weeks ago, when I tried to stream a video, it would not start and I got an error message that the video was not available. After trying both computers, many times over the 3 weeks, I have gotten the same results. Amazon says it is the Firefox browser that is the problem and want me to install Chrome, which I DO NOT WANT on my computer. Can you fix the problem or help in any way?

When pressing the up arrow key with text in the URL bar, the bottom suggestion is selected, rather than returning the text cursor to the beginning. It used to place the insertion point at the very beginning of whatever text was in there, and then another up arrow press would select the bottom suggestion, but now it instantly wraps to the very bottom selection. It's quite frustrating when trying to modify a search query - now you either have to hold the left arrow key, or accurately click with the mouse

For instance, say I type "cloud" in the URL box, but figure "storm cloud" would be a better search. I can't just press the up arrow to add "storm ", because pressing the up arrow once now just replaces the entire line of text with "https://soundcloud.com/", completely ruining my search. I'm pretty sure this was recently changed with an update. Is there any hope of changing it back?

Yesterday i uninstalled Grammarly but today i am still getting pop-ups saying Grammarly isn't activated yet, but it's been uninstalled! So how do i make the pop-ups stop? That's the whole reason i uninstalled it in the first place.

1. Mozilla email address 2. When I use Mozilla-Firefox to look for products on Amazon, you don't show the "SIZE" pull downs that are visible using Google Chrome or EDGE. I'm sure this is not good for business. I would prefer to remain on Mozilla, but somehow Amazon has blocked you from showing the size choices, and subject prices!!!
