Have always used Firefox, starting crashing this past month, cleaned buffer,, rebooted and now I cannot open or run Firefox. I had to open Google Chrome just to get here, and I hate Google. Running Windows 10 PRO on desktop. Senior citizen not a computer professional, consider me a kindergarten with a manual Corvette. Please help.

Also my emails get sent to trash folder before I am ready for them to. I have it set that i will say when yet it still does it.

I have started doing research on Vietnam Veterans using the online Coffelt database (coffeltdatabase.org). The search results pages often provide links to supporting documents, but I am not able to open them in the Firefox browser. However, I am able to open them when using the Edge browser. I prefer Firefox and would like to know if there is a setting adjustment I could make to fix the issue. Thanks.

hello, i been runing esr releases of firefox for long time now because i really don't like many changes that get thrown in from time to time and i at least feel like my computer at home will not attack me But even esr sometimes makes me "happy" by force and now my tabs don't fit the window i am currently on firefox esr 115.3 64 bit and it must have updated from previous long support version recently because i simply can't figure out how to use it in a state as it is I kep multiple tabs open all the time, but they don't all fit on one window width and up untill yesterfday i had small scrolling buttons now the buttons are gone and tabs are all fixes size the biggest possible and simply don't fit the window , they spill into infinity on the right size and i can't even get to the tabs that got out on the right because neither scrolling by mouse or arrow buttons don't work and there is noleft/right button to press on top of the tabs

I just updated Firefox today and now google play books won't open. I deleted the book and readded it and deleted my cookies and retried but still no joy. All I get is the message "Can't open this book. Try again later" and then the option to either Get Help or just OK.

But it's locked for some reason. The answer provided is no longer an option in about:config. I'm assuming this parameter has changed since a few years ago.

How is this now done?

So I synced my bookmarks then I notice that all of them are mixed up, so i look for ways to fix them, I then see I can restore my files, I try it then it says it was unable too, and then after that it deleted everything, I tried to restore them again and again using different dates but nothing worked.

I want to use Classic Bing as my homepage on Firefox. But, Microsoft has shoved New Bing down our throats for most of the year. There's a large white search box AND an enormous gray box "Introducing the New Bing." Both of these boxes take up half of the homepage, and completely obscure the Bing daily image, the only reason I use Bing. How in the world can Firefox help me get rid of these New Bing annoyances and let me enjoy the Bing daily images?

I have a PC desktop and laptop. Bookmarks have always been synced in the past. I have just been away for 6 weeks and added and changed many bookmarks on the laptop. I confess I do have a lot built up over the years. When I came back home I expected to sync as in the past without problem to the desktop. However sync wouldn't happen although both were ON and on same wi-fi. So I restored into the desktop a json file I had made on the laptop just before coming home. I also have a json file made on the desktop just before leaving.

Disaster. While all the bookmarks may be there on the desktop (I don't know) all the folders are now empty and all bookmarks are simply in one huge unusable list in the bookmarks menu. Same result with the desktop json file. It would take days to put them all back into folders one by one. Having tried various things now my laptop is the same !

Why did this happen ? How do I get the bookmarks back into all the folders ?

Impossible to login in the BT website to read my emails. The login details are not recognised although they are right. I have deleted all cookies and caches and deleted the details in the passwords memorized by Firefox, restarted everything, without result. I can login fine using Microsoft Edge, but not Firefox. And the same problem happened today with my Epson account: can login with ME but not Firefox. Why???

HI, at some point during the past year, Firefox "email link" tool (under the File menu) stopped functioning when selecting Outlook.com as the email client. See screenshots. When that client is selected, it attempts to open a new email in Outlook.com, but it never opens. It's just an endless cycle of that mail image trying to open. (It works fine with other email client selections.) Windows 10. Thanks.

I have multiple computers connected to a home network, with each computer using the latest version of Firefox. Instead of each computer containing its own file of Firefox Bookmarks, I would like to create a single bookmarks file on the Network Attached Storage (NAS) drive and point each of the computers on the network to save its Firefox Bookmarks to the bookmarks file on the NAS. In this way, all of the computers on the network would have access to and update the "master collection" of Firefox Bookmarks.

Is this possible? If possible, what do I need to do to accomplish this task? Please advise. Thank you very much for your help!

1 particular https website does not open on my desktop- just a blank screen - no 404. The site is working as I can open it on my Laptop (firefox) and it opens on my desktop in Edge. Any ideas. Worried it may be subject to a virus etc. It's the only site that does not respond

Ok, so this is an odd one.

I gamble with William Hill online using Firefox as my browser.

Every year this same problems happen when the clocks go forward in spring time here in the UK.

So I go on the WH website Sunday (for example) at 11pm and it will show me Mondays football matches. But. At 12am Monday until 1am, the now todays football matches do not appear. Its like the browser can no accept this time period exists because as soon as 1am comes, the matches (for Monday) appear.

So I contacted WH for support. They advised that if I am using Firefox that I should try IE instead. So I did. And guess what? The problem doesn't happen on IE. Mondays matches do exist between 12am and 1am. So it is definitely a firefox issue.

But the issue resolves at the end of October when the clocks go back.

So what is going on here? Any solutions? This has been going on several years.

How do I disable autofill for websites when I have maintenance done on the computer. I am concerned that the feature provides access to banks, credit cards, etc, to the technician.
