I was in the process adding text for over an hour when the entire document flipped. It is a PDF I am editing on FireFox. I have done this many times on different documents without this problem.

I have noted other inconsistent behaviors--am I the only one?

How can I locate other (older) Profiles in the Mozilla Firefox structure and use this to run an older version of Firefox ie: 132 or other Version that I consider to be more stable.

(I have already seen where it is not recommended to go to an older version, once a profile has been used on an updated version. At this time - I feel any damage has ALREADY been done & cannot make things much worse.)

when i open the browser today i noticed that my wallpaper which i've set isn't showing. i tried restarting and refreshing the browser but it didn't work. so i tried to change my wallpaper or see it again by clicking customize, but i only saw that i have allowed my wallpaper, but no picture or another option was shown.

It is been like 6 or 7 months now since i move to new pc and i been using firefox in this new pc together with other browsers. I am not really using firefox for anything related to google or gmail but just other website that have 0 relation to them. But i have still logged in my main accounts in firefox. It is been twice that once in a while, when i have to check my gmail accounts, all of them disappear and all i see is just sign in page only. There is no log in again or Please log in to this address or that address but straight up fresh page of google sign in page. I still logged back in when it first happened because i heard about the bug that happened with firefox update but now it happen again. It is as if my cookies just vanished but no, other sites still got their own cookies and there is many cache of other website here. other than my google accounts. What is happening here. Is my firefox bugged or something? Should i reinstall and have to relogin everything "again?"

I tried to login to Autodesk for some discussion about file retention, etc. I logged in using my user id and password and then Autodesk sent me a code as a two factor identification function. When the page opened the place to enter the code it looked like the image that I have attached. I could not enter the code supplied by Autodesk as FireFox kept trying to get me to do something with email masks. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Feedback on Firefox Widgets – Missing Indian Standard Time (IST)

I noticed that the World Clock widget includes Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) but does not provide an option for Indian Standard Time (IST). This is surprising given that India has one of the world's largest internet user bases and a significantly larger population than many countries currently represented.

India operates on a unique UTC+5:30 time zone used by over 1.4 billion people, making it one of the most widely used time zones globally. The absence of IST while neighboring time zones are available feels like a major oversight and reduces the usefulness of the widget for Indian users and anyone who regularly works with Indian colleagues, clients, friends, or family.

Please consider adding Indian Standard Time (IST) to the World Clock widget as a standard option. Its inclusion would greatly improve the widget's global coverage and usability.

I've just discovered that a lot of files I've downloaded in the last few months have the original file date instead of the download date. This has created total chaos and confusion with my organization as I have no idea when I did anything!

I presume Firefox has changed something. But why? When? What files does it affect? How do I change it back?

And why weren't we told about this huge change? After over 30 years downloading files from the web, it's become second nature that downloads always take the download date. A monumental change like this needs to be clearly signposted or it's going to create chaos with people's file systems and organization.

Update: On reflection, I think this is a Windows 10 bug, rather than a Firefox issue, so perhaps this thread should be deleted? I looked at the properties of the files in question and discovered that all three dates DO match the download date. The problem seems to be that WINDOWS ITSELF is displaying EXIF data dates instead of modified date. I only recently started using Windows 10 and this would seem to be a Windows 10 bug.

I went to a website and downloaded a file and now websites are in Spanish instead of my language. What can I do to fix this issue? I have already confirmed the language settings are correct.

I'm having trouble downloading product specification PDFs in Firefox from Formers Paper, a thermal rolls manufacturer. Some files open correctly, while others fail to download or display properly.

Has anyone experienced similar issues when accessing documents from a thermal rolls manufacturer website? Are there any Firefox settings or troubleshooting steps I should check for PDF downloads and file handling?

When using a tab inside a collapsed tab group, if "open link in new tab" option is used, the tab group expands unprompted. As a result I have to keep collapsing the tab group again and again and again, slowing down the browsing experience. Is there a fix for it?

Just updated Firefox desktop (Win 10 with ESU) to 140.10.0ESR and now every site I try to access gives

Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Sites were all working fine literally right before. No other changes at all. Have restarted a few times. Have disabled antivirus and adblocker extensions. Same problem including at google.com and even firefox. Note on the About Mozilla Firefox window says " Failed to check for updates". Also cannot even use the links there to go to What's new or Firefox help etc. (Gives Secure Connection Failed error). No proxy server. Have tried turning anti virus completely off. Just a combined modem/router -- basically vanilla.

Firefox is my primary browser so this is extremely disruptive. I am using Edge to access sites and post this.. though curiously enough I noticed it gave some error when checking for updates. Do not want to do anything there or will lose complete access.

Any suggestions .. or how to go back to a previous version, if necessary. Need a workable connection to file taxes next week so this is important. Thank you.

Encountered it after the last update. When opening a new tab with a video on YouTube, a message appears that "Adblock plus" and "malwarebytes guard" slow down the browser, while the tab freezes, and even after closing it, it is impossible to open a new tab with a video (empty tabs open). Restarting the browser does not help, only restarting the computer. At the same time, I want to note that I am in Russia, where YouTube is launched only when VPN and similar means of circumventing locks are enabled (I use zapret).

Dragging and Dropping folders to upload on dropbox.com have worked flawlessly before Firefox 150.0

Now in Firefox 150.0, dragging and dropping a folder will result in the tab crash.

It's probably a security setting...for some websites I go to Log In and nothing happens. Same for say signing up for a webinar. 80% of the time now Especially if I'm following a clicked eMail...so most likely a tracker of sorts?? ChatGPT not helping...wants me to do some techy stuff.

Trouble Shooting Mode, turning off ETP off for site AND in Exclusions... In Chrome, no problem.

While on my bank account, I have always been able to click on see image of check. And a copy of the cashed check would be able to bee seen. For whatever reason I can no longer see a check image. Box opens, no image.
