Hi,

I’m facing an issue in Firefox where some icons on my website are not updating their color correctly.

I’m using SVG icons, and the color changes work fine in other browsers, but in Firefox they seem to stay fixed.

I’ve tried clearing cache and checking CSS (fill/color), but no change so far.

Is this a known issue with how Firefox handles SVG or could I be missing something in the implementation?

The threads.com website looks very strange. In all other browsers it displays fine, but Firefox shows enormous size icons and barely visible text, with no formatting. Please see attached screenshots. Tried to clear cache, cookies, etc. - nothing worked. Please help!

Since my Firefox application was upgraded recently I am not able to open my text messages on Messages for Web application. The application loads but when I pair with my phone the text messages do not open, it just goes back to the "pair with Phone" screen. On my phone it says "you're all set" like usual but my desktop does not show my texts or contacts.

I can no longer access YouTube videos (video unavailable) with Windows 10 and Firefox. However, I can access them with Google Chrome. How can I resolve this issue?

I have been using Fire Fox for quite a while. When im on Face Book all is fine until I try to play one of the games that I have been playing on fire fox for years. I get error Your browser does not support this feature. It just started last night after fire fox latest update update

where did the extra =" come from? when I tried other browsers still problems but inspect element was different hopefully this isn't a Windows 10 problem, but very wierd if it is

Whenever I try and access the UGC cinema site - showing latest movies in various locations - the opening page gets blocked straightaway upon opening: my screen turns dim, I cannot select either latest movies or cinema hall where a given movies is shown... I cannot do anything. The mouse refuses to click anywhere .. Strangely when I open the same site , namely https://www.ugc.fr/ , with another net provider: either Opera or Microsoft Edge, I do not have any problem ... Why does this site work OK with Opera or Microsft Edge and not with Firefox ??? I get no warning or error message from Firefox either, nor from my Antivirus ... A real puzzle. Recently (within the last month, March 2026) when pasting links into emails on Microsoft Outlook online a pop-up window appears which prevents you from continuing typing unless you manually click on the window with your mouse cursor (hitting enter isn't sufficient). This is extremely aggravating and significantly slows down workflow. As far as I can tell, this issue only happens in Microsoft Outlook. I have ensured my Outlook settings aren't to blame, in part by failing to recreate this issue in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on the same account with the same Outlook settings.

I have ensured my Firefox is up-to-date (Version 149.0.2 64-bit).

It looks like others have had similar issues. Some examples follow.

Using the Firefox browser: Logging into MS365 via https://login.microsoftonline.com has recently caused the “Copilot homepage” (m365.cloud.microsoft) to freeze. There is no response to mouse clicks or keyboard input. The login name is displayed in the bottom left corner, but there is no reaction with information and options as usual. The “Show App” option above the login is missing. Entering the username, even in MFA input, works without errors; all users are logged in via Entra. Access via MS Edge works as before, as does Firefox.

 I watched EVERY episode of THE CHOSEN Series from Season 1 thru 5  three times over the past year or so.  After accessing each episode, I copied the link, then e-mailed it to myself (in THUNDERBIRD), and when it came back, I saved it in a folder in T-BIRD.  I saved them in order of sequence, and also saved the discussion video links that followed each episode.  Over the course of time,

I HAD been able to click on the links to watch each episode again, each time absorbing more of the content. The creator of THE CHOSEN series sent out a message at the beginning of Lent, suggesting that it would be a great way to prepare for the EASTER celebration to watch one episode per day, starting with Season 1 / Episode 1. I tried to do this. When I clicked on the link, the screen refreshed; I got the background screen in a grayed-out mode with 3 white dots, showing that the content was loading. However, after waiting several minutes, the episode never loaded, nor did the video begin. I tried different episodes, not only from the same season, but randomly from other seasons. Still the same results. The video would not properly load. At first, I thought it may be with THE CHOSEN files, so I contacted their Technical Help personnel. They replied with some requests for add'l input, offered some suggestions - nothing worked. I was still essentially locked out. The agent eventually informed me that she had escalated this request to a deeper investigation unit. Their final recommendation was to clear the Cookies & memory cache.

 I am not technically proficient in WINDOWS - I find it very intimidating & very hard to understand all the technical jargon that is associated with the operating system.  Because their suggestion was not 'step-by-step' instruction, I was unsure IF this memory cache clearing process was something to be done through a Windows utility or somewhere else.  I have no one to ask

for assistance. I could not find any such operation. Then, I turned to FIREFOX, and I found in the 'Settings' section, there was some mention of clearing the memory cache, etc., so I tried them, not really sure of what I was doing. After doing this, I re-started the PC, hoping that the video(s) would run, but none of the links that I tried reacted any different from what I described above. And, so I'm still locked out, not only of these past episodes of THE CHOSEN series, but also of several independent links that THE CHOSEN group has sent out in the most recent several months.

 The irony of it all is that this problem seems to be isolated to THE CHOSEN sites because I've had NO problem opening any other links, whether news organizations or any other content, including YouTube, or personal videos sent from family members and/or friends.
 For completeness sake - H-P Tower style PC, running WINDOWS 10 HOME on a 1TB solid state C: drive.  Malware programs include MALAWAREBYTES (subscribed version), CCLEANER (modern release, but freeware) & SPYBOT (also modern release, but freeware).  In both cases, I originally had paid subscriptions to both CCLEANER & SPYBOT, but when the effective periods ended, I did not renew either one.

gmail no longer works in firefox. Nightly has been giving me a message about clearing cache and cookies for many many many months. After I do that, nothing changes and I still end up in a website about clearing cache and cookies.

Firefox ESR is not able to delete gmail emails after I check the delete box. It says they are deleted but the don't ever go away.

I cannot find any version of firefox that works with gmail. Please let me know if you have found one and provide a link for me to download that version.

Since your last update on 13th Feb 2026, we have not been able to receive any emails on the computer. All phones and iPads do ! We keep seeing "Captcha " requesting us to match items, etc., then when we do and get them all right, it pops up a message "Oops, Something went wrong." Our Wi-Fi provider, Spark.co.nz, suggested that Firefox has something like a firewall stopping the emails from coming through. Your thoughts or comments would be appreciated. We have used other "Browsers" which allow them to do so, but would rather have Mozilla Firefox, which gives us no problem whatsoever with all other Apps and Websites.

some special characters that i distinctly remember being able to see before are now no longer showing up properly. i'm a fanatic about ancient/prehistoric scripts and was able to see the scripts on the Baybayin Wikipedia page, but i think a few updates ago made this no longer true.

i'm able to see things on other browsers and even in the right-click menu as i have the font needed to see everything installed onto my system (win 10, i dont have security updates enabled. the font is noto sans tagalog, and i've already reinstalled it twice). the setting to allow pages to use their own fonts doesn't seem to do anything, either.

confusingly this is not a problem on my macOS device, where the same page renders correctly without me needing to download any font (i mean, as far as i remember). i think this implies this has something to do with windows, but i'd like to ask in here first.

I have been using this wonderful browser since 2012, and it has been my default browser ever since. Recently, I've been facing an issue where I can't upload images, audio files, videos, or any other attachments on WhatsApp Web through this browser. To verify the problem, I tested WhatsApp on a different browser, and everything worked perfectly there.

I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue. Please guide me on what steps I can take to fix the browser and restore normal functionality.
