Hi, following a recent update installation I have not been able to log onto BT Webmail to deal with my emails etc, it seems to go into a kind of loop and keeps showing a log in page quickly, then it disappears and reappears straight away again, does anyone have any idea why this is happening, I have checked the version and it's 137.0.1

Hi there team! Since a Mozilla upgrade earlier this year, I have been unable to create a reply to certain posts made by folks I follow on Threads social media. It occurs about 20% of the time, intermittently yet consistently. When I seek to create a reply, the response window opens with a restricted field that does not allow me to enter any text. Please see the attached screen shot. It's just a box with no cursor. The restriction has never occurred when I'm on Edge or Chrome, only on Firefox. But I prefer Firefox. I am a senior who uses an IBM-clone desktop running Windows10 (contemplating Win11, but that's another story). I use standard Mozilla security settings for browser privacy. Firefox browser is current. I have attempted shutting down all ad blockers in isolation and in combinations attempting to rectify with no results. I am guessing I possibly have some setting out of whack, but I have no clue what this is called or how to fix this. Not a major issue but a continual annoyance and a puzzlement. Am I the only person who has this problem? Is it a Threads issue perhaps? (their help is non-existent). However the issue does not occur when I use Threads on my Android phone, and it has never occurred on Bluesky, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube or any other platform I access. We have been using firefox as our default browser for over Ten years. We have several internal web pages created with google sites, with simple google sheets containers that have been working fine in that period. As of two days ago, the pages started displaying incorrectly in firefox as shown in attachments. Have tried disabling trackers and extensions and emptied cache as well as making sure firefox is fully up to date. This is happening on multiple terminals at several locations. Safari and chrome browsers work fine. Any troubleshooting help appreciated or if this is a known bug?

With the new update, the date and time which used to display on the bottom of the screen disappeared. How can I restore this very useful information?

When I started using Firefox today, I found that I can't always click to open links. Often right-clicking to open in a new tab works, but I've run into at least one case so far that doesn't.

Examples:

1. the link to go to the log in page for a medical practitioner - right clicking to open in a new tab didn't work, I was able to open it in a private window

2. a "confirm subscription" link in an email - I right-clicked to open it in a new tab

3. I'm logged out of my password manager (Proton Pass) or at any rate when I click on the Proton Pass icon in the toolbar nothing happens - normally it logs in, or if already logged in, then clicking the icon opens the vault.

My computer installed a Windows update yesterday. I haven't futzed with any settings in Firefox or my usual security & privacy extensions recently. Not sure how to start troubleshooting this - aside from turning all of my extensions off just to be sure one of them isn't causing the problem.

having trouble getting into url from Fox News. after entering my email to receive a link to sign into the page I want, the little circle just turns and does not move to the website I asked for. It was working and now it doesn't. Jim

Hi! I have been using youtube and all of a sudden, without me restarting firefox I'm loading a video and it shows this blank screen in place of the reader. The shortcut for full screen mode is not working and other shortcuts don't do much. I've tried some options like disabling every add-ons including Ublock origin and restarting, also disabled hardware acceleration and restarted, checking for firefox updates, and I think that's all I came up with. I tried to do researches online but couldn't find something that looked exactly like my problem. I still followed most of their troubleshooting.

As you can see on this screenshot the add-ons are disabled. The rest of the page works fine, even the comments. It's just the video, as if the reader was not there. Also to note that the videos accessed since this problem appeared are not in my youtube history, as if they were never read.

I could not join a group panel discussion in US using Zoom. The error message said connection could not be made with a Zoom site ending with .us The meeting was organised by Coda a US based organisation. The Uk end was organised by a website called Eventbrite. I tried again using an I-Pad but got the same rejection withh error message PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

I should add that recently quite frequently when I start an online search on my Windows 10 PC a box appears at left end of search box stating   "Insecure" but this quickly disappears.

Recently, i had to use a public pc in my workplace for a while. i used Firefox to access the internet, and for practical reason, i signed in my Firefox account. After i was done, i made sure i have signed out my Firefox account before leaving. The next day, when i used Firefox again on that pc, i noticed that all my saved passwords (from syncing my Firefox account) were still in that Firefox browser, even though i haven't signed in my Firefox account. Now i feel like i am at the mercy of fate because anybody who used that pc after me yesterday could have gained access to all my passwords. So far, nothing bad happens and i hope it stays that way.

I don't know if anyone has brought this up. Since Firefox does not erase any saved password after a user signs out, I think Firefox should, or rather, MUST give a warning message after a user signs out of Firefox to manually erase any saved password on Firefox, so that any stupid user like me will not make that stupid mistake so easily.

I frequently use google image translate by taking screenshots and pasting them in the website. On chrome, I could grant it access to the clipboard on the first screenshot then not worry about it anymore. On firefox however, pressing ctrl + v first opens a context menu where I then have to click "paste" (or press p) every single time. It's getting annoying to have to go through this extra step. Is there a setting or add-on that would allow me to give a website full clipboard permissions like other browsers?

As you can see from the image, the bookmark sidebar width can be expanded, but the width of the text portion does not grow with it. My longer bookmark names get truncated. Is there a setting to deal with this? If so, how do I access it?
