Hello,

After updating Firefox to version 127.0, I started having problems with the playback of some media files. In particular, audio files with the .wav extension do not show the playback time and the file cannot be played. I can play the same media files in previous versions of Firefox and other browsers (e.g. Chrome) without any problems.

Since I think the problem is caused by a browser update, I would like to ask for your help. If you have any solutions or feedback on this issue, please share it.

FIRST PROBLEM (I have been unable to submit a help request from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form)

Windows 10, fully updated with the latest firefox version. Email program is MS Outlook through my employer. Email notifications are overwhelmingly loud if the global volume is sufficient for viewing content. Playing with the volume mixer doesn't help. I have searched for solutions online, and every suggested fix entails features or options that are not available on my system. Please provide complete instructions for Windows 10. Please respond to lanzcc@potsdam.edu

Whenever I m visiting to my website I m facing an issue like getting a horizontal black line near the scroll bar, it is coming up when I make my browser window responsive to the resolution of 1920 X 1080 and when the zoom level is decreased to 90%, 80% & 67%.

This issue I m not facing in other browsers like chrome, edge.

Every time I click on Foxfire, I get two error messages and it won't boot up.

I get the following two error messages when I click on Foxfire. Couldn't load XPCOM; and Entry Point not found; followed by this:  ?Nan@Decimal@blink@@SA?AV12@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library...

I tried to uninstall the program, but got the same two messages and it would not let me. I downloaded a new version and I'm getting the same messages. Everytime I start my computer, I get the same two messages and have to click out of them to keep going. I've installed another browser, but at this point, I just want to uninstall Foxfire so it stops popping up with error messages all the time.

Anybody know how to resolve this? Thanks.

This has been going on for a length of times, the Privacy app or window keeping changing when I used it. This morning, it started back when trying to close it to go to another website. Also, the middle part of the privacy screen keeping changing.

Firefox is not secure because there is something going on every day with the settings. They keep changing on me.

I hope you are well. I would like to report an accessibility issue with a website in Mozilla Firefox.

When trying to load https://fafsaprogram.com/ with Mozilla Firefox, the website is currently inaccessible. Despite multiple attempts, the site is unable to open, displaying an error message.

I tested the website on many devices and browsers, and it seems to load without any problems. This issue appears to be unique to Mozilla Firefox, though.

As a participant in the Mozilla Firefox community, I'm looking for help to fix this problem. In my opinion, it is imperative to guarantee that every website can be accessed using Mozilla Firefox in order to offer users a flawless online surfing experience.

Would you kindly look into this and offer any advice or ideas to deal with the issue? Your quick consideration of this matter would be much valued.

I Cannot make Firefox my default Browser,(Windows 10) If I go into Apps & it Shows (IN BLACK) that Firefox is my default Browser & then go into Firefox,it shows that Firefox is NOT MY DEFAULT Browser I Have Totally Deleted Firefox & Clean the Registry of Firefox before install a new Version I Also have a Laptop (windows 10) & it works perfectly So On my Desktop,I Went into Users/Local & Delete Firefox & also went into Local Low & also Raming & deleted all firefox & then I went into my Laptop & Copied all Firefox Data from each of Local,Local Low & Roaming & Pasted thenm into each of the Local,Local low & Roaming BUT IT STILL WILL NOT Allow me to Have Firefault as Default I have Microsoft Personal come into my Computer & he COULD NOT make it my Default either I need somebody which is very KNOWABLE to REply PLEASE ASSIST Thank You Darryl

Multiple users are reporting in Microfix's Mozilla Firefox and ESR Updates 2024 in the AskWoody forum that the two options at Settings | Browsing | Recommend extensions as you browse and Recommend features as you browse were both automatically re-enabled when Firefox updated to v127.0.0. I was able to confirm both those settings were previously disabled in my Firefox browser and re-enabled without my permission in v127.0.0.

So far this as been confirmed in desktop builds of Firefox v127.0.0 and Firefox ESR v115.0.2 released on 11-Jun-2024, but not in Portable builds of Firefox. I'm hoping that the automatic re-enabling of these settings is a bug, and not a deliberate change to make Firefox more intrusive.

I should add that the first time I re-launched Firefox after upgrading to v127.0.0 on 11-Jun-2024 I saw a banner message asking me if I'd like to Open Firefox every time you start your computer?. I'm hoping that clicking the "Not Now" button button once will be enough to prevent this nag from reappearing.

As you can see in the attached image the highlight is coming out grey instead of blue, which is what is showing when I select 'save screenshot'. It used to be this error happened maybe one in 20 times and it was annoying because I am making these screenshots for use in youtube videos and it becomes unreadable, but now it is every single screenshot even after doing it dozens of times and with different pages.

Had it on my phone - managed to get one (no option to send all to device, only one by one) but the moment it synced gone there as well, apart the one i sent to device, of course. 127.0 64bit.

Few days ago I started to have issues with Zoom Meeting recordings playback. When I open the video it clocks but doesn't start playing. I never had this issue before. Zoom support cannot replicate this issue. They say everything works for them.

I cleared cache and history, restarted my computer but that didn't do anything for me - video still clocks. Playback works fine on Chrome. Somehow playback on Firefox stopped working for me. I am using the latest version.

Please help

Hello, On several occasions over the past couple of months, maybe after a recent update, Firefox will not process any web page. In fact, if I try to go to another tab that I had been using, it will not refresh those web pages. However, in most cases, if I try to open in a new window, it works (though it did not just a minute ago). This is very annoying because if you have a couple of tabs open to certain locations, you have to copy down the pages so you don't have to remember where you were in your work. I would imagine that it would be difficult to duplicate but here's my info below. I will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Firefox system is permanently set to Dark mode, even when the rest of the OS is light mode. While I can manually select light themes (such as the default Light theme), other dual-mode themes such as Alpenglow is permanent stuck in dark. Is there a way to investigate this?
