I sign onto BROTHER-USA.COM to inquire about ink for my Brother printer. I key in the model and get a "Drivers Search Results" with no printer found nor displayed. Keeps looping or searching, I suppose. This same inquire works fine with any other browser, but not Firefox. Can you advise which Firefox settings is preventing any response from the Brother website? Why when using Firefox on Facebook does the back button or closing a window take you to the top of a new timeline instead of back to my previous location? It's frustrating.

Neither Chrome or Edge does this so I'm inclined to believe it has something to do with Firefox's code. Chrome has an alternative, the ESC button takes you back where you were.

Any answers?

Does FF offer a setting to address the following two incompatibilities?

1. In the iCarol web app, as the user is approaching the timeout limit, in Chrome the browser tab flashes a warning. This does not happen in FF.

2 In the Diaplad web app, if the user needs to record a voicemail greeting, in Chrome this ability is present. In FF this ability is not present.

Two websites I went to using Firefox today displayed the date as 6\18\2025. Today is 6\19\2025. One of them displayed the July 2025 calendar and would not allow me to click back to June. I have two Firefox Extensions on, UBlock Original and Chameleon. Any idea what may be causing this. I'm using a MAC.

I am encountering an increasing number of sites that don't work with Firefox but do work with Chrome. I have tried turning off add-ins without success. Is there a way I can easily reset Firefox to its initial state and then return it back.

I'm unable to access GroupOn from my laptop while using FireFox browser. When I attempt to log on using my Email user name, a message that states "ACCESS DENIED" appears. I have followed the steps to clear the cache but doesn't correct this issue. I'm able to access using my email user name using an alternative browser but I prefer FireFox. Currently running Windows 10. I receive emails from GroupOn using the same account that I attempt to log on with and receive the "ACCESS DENIED" response. Any knowledge would be appreciated

When I try to go to costco.ca I get a connectivity error saying site cannot redirect properly. This site works with IE or other browsers.

With Yahoo's new email format, my page seems to jump while I am trying to respond to an email. Do I need to change any Firefox settings for Yahoo to work correctly, or is this strictly a Yahoo problem?

Regardless of website Accordion controls don't work / open to show information. These controls work fine in other browsers and work fine on the same sites. Is there a setting I am missing. it also works on other macs I own. Thanks

Hello, I am trying to login to my account on www.zazzle.com and use their site. Sometimes it will let me through and I can be on the site for about 20 minutes before a captcha comes up that says press and hold this button so we know you are not a bot. Well the button never works, it always errs out and gives me the message to please try again, and then locks me out of their site. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, updating my browser, resetting the router, I don't have any VPN's, I have tried working in a private window, adding the website to the privacy exceptions, block pop up windows is unchecked, I am out of ideas, what do I do??

An individual website keeps defaulting to, and loading in, the German (https://de.website name here) language version. This has never, ever occurred previously. I have had no success in resetting the website back to the setting(s) which would have it load the page(s) in English, NOT German.

I'm seeing a new trend with websites that use cloudflare like restaurant accounts, Ace Hardware, and freecycle.org. Cloudflare either rejects me upon clicking it (freecycle), or it keeps cycling with its checkbox and doesn't do anything else (Hyatt). I contacted freecycle.org and they didn't know the reason. However, I can get through cloudflare using the Chrome browser. Is this fixable, because I really want to stay with Firefox? I am up to date on my drivers, Win10, and Firefox. Thanks!
