I can't login to Firefox anymore. I had lost the the mobile app Goggle Authenticator and my laptop.
And I can't login to delete and then renew my Firefox account.

I downloaded FF again because my Ff history was disappearing & maybe that interfered with my FF. I can only get my FF history & bookmarks back by logging in with the link sent with am email telling me my user name but not instantly. I changed my password which may or may not be relevant. I have the latest Kaspersky & a 2 year old Dell XPS

I'm having problems with my dropdown notification and profile menus at this particular site:
The problem only started after the patch for v.66. The problem is that when I navigate to the site, the dropdown menus - which you get by clicking on the numbered icon or profile icon in the top right of your page after you log in - work sometimes and other times you can't. I makes the site mostly unusuable since you can't see your notifications. It's kind of a crap-shoot. I thought messing around with and toggling on and off "Performance" standards might work, and it appears that it does change things for a minute or two, but then it ceases to matter.
Do I need to downgrade? Where is the downgrade page?

Tried to access my online bank account from your website but got a message that it's not a secure site. I called my bank who told me that it's because of one of your updates. How can I fix this issue? I can access my account from other sites, just not yours.
