I have been trying to get here for 3 hours to ask a menial question. I was attempting to sign in using my email and password for sync and this led to finding out my AT&T mail was on the fritz which then led to me not receiving reset emails anyway when attempting to reset my password for this account which I had not yet created. PHEW!!

So, my original query.

Is there an app in the works for Android Firefox to facilitate streaming from the web to an Amazon Fire Stick?

If I wasn't so stoopid I could have wrote the app myself in the time it took to ask this question.

Hi. Since the last update of Firefox, the Languages item on the right-click menu has disappeared and I don't know how to swap between languages for spell checking any more (the explanation on page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-use-firefox-spell-checker doesn't correspond to what I see new: isn't it outdated?). I find where to change the display language of menus and commands in the Options, but not where to switch between spell-check dictionaries. So I have menus in Portuguese and spell-check fixed on English... Can you help, please? Thanks.

Want to get inside of FF to remove residuals from deleted apps. Used to be able to do so after entering a phrase like about:blank and then agreeing that you were on your own. After that you could search and usually remove what you were looking for.

I have forgotten how to get to that point inside FF. Can you help me with that.

Thanks, Jack

Maybe there is an add-on for this, but I couldn't find one. (Actually there was one addon that showed list of images, but the list was incomplete).

Hi, I opened Firefox this morning and found Amazon pinned among my top sites. Weirdly enough, I can't unpin it or dismiss it - it just stays there whatever I do (in contrast to other pinned sites). It's not a huge problem, but I have some ethical issues with Amazon, so the last thing I want to see every time I open my browser is their logo. I also wonder how did it get there in the first place (I sometimes do browse the site to get an idea what are the prices of various products, but not too often and I'm not sure if there is a way to pin it by accident at all). Does anyone have the same problem?

As it is, Command-F or Control-F searches only support exact phrase search.

If I want to search for any of 6 terms, I have to type them in, one at a time. If I want to search multiple pages, it's a lot of extra typing.

If other people have asked this same question since 57, well, support.mozilla.org does not have a working search function. Apparently Findbar Tweaks provided this function up through 56. But searching "Findbar" in addons.mozilla.org yields every other kind of bar, but nothing involving the findbar, because, well, addons.mozilla.org does not have a working search function, because it stems and defaults to OR searches.

Multi-Keywords Highlighter can highlight these results, but can't help me navigate to each one.

Willing to consider another browser, but must be able to block flashing, block animation, and block blinking cursors, due to neuro issues.

In the right corner of the menubar, I want to create a new map here. I cannot see what to do for it, so I have not to go to the pathfinder on the taskbar each time.

Is this possible or not ? Do I have to go everytime to the pathfinder on the taskbar to open a new map ?

Thanks for feedback.
