Everything is gone, I have had to reinstall windows 4 times in the last week with a new PC and now all my sync data is gone...Chrome remembers everything fine and Mozilla did remember everything until this install and now its not syncing anything.

If this stuff is gone so am I.

Have tried logging in with my google account, tried logging in with Moz account, tried sync button over and over tried restarting, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and manually deleting all the folders STILL NO SYNC DATA AT ALL.......

i recently switched to zorin os from windows 11 and i noticed my firefox data was gone (despite being signed in + syncing my passwords) could it be my wifi? an unrecognized device? its the same laptop + network so idk what

I use an iMac (2019) and MacBook (2015) but my tabs aren't syncing between the two.

I've refreshed the syncing a few times but the MacBook is still showing two lots of tabs for the iMac, and both of them are showing pages that are no longer open.

I'd really like to be able to move between the two so if anyone has any suggestions on how to get FireFox to sync, I'd be really grateful. :-)

Witam , Zakupiłem nowy komputer , zalogowałem się na swoje konto Firefox . Zrobiłem synchronizację , ale żadne dane się nie pobierają , ani zachowane zakładki oraz zapisane hasła. Chciałbym odzyskać te dane. Chodzi mi o dane z 14.11.2025 Dziękuje i pozdrawiam

TLDR I changed the main drive, a full clean installiation. And when I sign in in the browser it doesnt sync anything. Back when I had to change the former main drive the sync function worked perfectly. So I dont know why is just not works anymore.

Running Mint on a removable drive on Win 11 machine. Launched Firefox and wanted to sync across devices. Finally ended up here (see attached). There's no "synch & save data" and the other sync at top of settings doesn't follow that path. The image on the Mint desktop doesn't scan within Firefox and using a separate scanner app produces a "do this within FF" error. Confusing and no way to resolve. I tried an extension scanner no help. Attachment shows Sync Now only possible method not correct (what I describe above).2nd image is what I see on PC screen (via Mint).

I use Firefox app in macos, android and ipados. The bookmarks across them are not synching automatically. I need to press sync manuelly to do. All apps are updated, all settings look fine. Please help me synch bookmarks across platforms. Thanks a lot.

I use firefox on 3 devices, ios, windows, and mac. I want extensions to sync across windows and mac (I know ios doesn't do that). When I first got firefox on my mac, all my windows addons synced over when I signed in but now addons that I add on my windows does not go over to my mac no matter what. I already turned addon sync on and off several times on both devices and manually hit sync multiple times on both devices as well. help?

I rarely used the Mozilla.org site. Use Firefox for about the last 20yrs, love you guys. Logged onto my Win10 laptop, 22Aug2025, about 7pm GMT+1, clicked on Firefox icon, got a little update window, it flashed, disappeared, did not seem to fully update, the screen came on for about 5sec, a flash. Then error messages each time I tried to go onto Firefox. First time this ever happened. When I reinstall I had to spend hours trying to get SYNC to retrieve my passwords, and bookmarks. Also a first, never had this problem previously. Now my history is gone as well as all the sites saved to my Firefox Home Page. What is going on? Also, these messages, I cannot find them in my ACCT. They just do not show up. If anyone answered me, I cannot find the replies. Were you hacked?

I have been trying to enable Firefox Sync on my Windows 11 PC (Firefox 145.02). I open the Firefox Sync window, I click on Log In, I enter my e-mail and click on "Sign up or Sign In" and then the view freezes and I never get any further. The attached screen capture never changes, no matter how long I wait.

I have made a fresh install of Windows 11 from Windows 10, and after logging into my account everything syncs, apart from my bookmarks. As i have made a fresh install, i deleted all of my old files on the computer. Is there any way to get my bookmarks back?
