Why can't I use Firefox with sites that use reCAPTCHA to validate that I am not a robot? For example - sending my Tax returns to the IRS using Turbo Tax. I can't get past the reCAPTCHA challenge so I must go to another browser.

How can I recover lost bookmarks? Moved Firefox to a new computer including Firefox's latest update and lost all bookmarks. How cab I recover them. Were they lost because of the Firefox update or the move to a new computer?

When trying to log in to GMX.co.uk a consent page usually pops up, it did on earlier versions & it does using Google Chrome, but page stays grey, worm turning but never shows. It does flash up but disappears in under 1 second so can't accept. Tried on my android phone, says error so can't login, don't normally use as have GMX app.

i seem to have lost ALL my Firefox data after signing in to my account on a new desktop. Clicked on "Sync Now" multiple times to no avail. Is there a method to contact the higher ups about this problem so that I can get all my bookmarks back?

When I open as usally about:logins there is no singel password shown!!!!!

You could not chage your password functionality without informing us customer by changing Firefox Version!! To get a chance to save it.

What should I do, can you set back firefox Version to a earlier version?

What can I do, as quick asd possible. I am frustrated I am blocked with my daily work, I can`t loggin to many sides, because I think Firefox passwords were saved I did`nt find the file logins. json and key4.db on my mac as well!

Sun 19jan25 Firefox icon on my desktop disappeared!!! I copied an icon from its file extension but is is just a PLAIN icon WITHOUT the FOX ;-( how can I do an icon with the Fox picture? Pl help :-)

Why is my credit card blocked on my favourite shopping site? Everything was fine until the end of December. My cards are not blocked by the bank or Visa or Mastercard. I've checked many times. My browser keeps automatically switching from a window size that I've created to a full screen. I'd like it to stay in the window format. Is there a setting I can change?

Recently factory resetted my PC due to performance issues. Installed brand new firefox browser and logged in my accounts but when I synced it didn't sync any Bookmarks or Passwords. Mobile browser still has it so I was wondering how to transfer those to my Desktop firefox. I dont know why sync doesnt work with mobile -> desktop but vice versa it worked oddly enough. Any fixes or solutions?

Since new Firefox / Mozilla download - can no longer open yahoo mail and several other sites? Why? This includes the Wall Street Journal and an AOL account. Why won't they open? What can I do to fix it? Or should I just stop using Firefox and just use Safari?

I have tried everything I can think of or find on the internet about changing fonts on FireFox. My bookmarks and titles are very large and I can't get them down at all. I've tried all the suggested way on the internet by changes the fonts in settings/General but it doesn't change the font in Bookmarks. Help, I'm loosing a lot of real estate on my browser

the sites that I open in Firefox take some part of the theme applied to the browser and this prevents me from seeing the elements of the site (the screenshot should have a white background)

I'm trying to move my profile from one PC to another because i have many opened tabs that i would like transferred upon opening the browser on the new PC. When attempting to transfer the profile from my external drive to the new PC, I receive the error "Destination Path too Long. The file names would be too long for the destination folder".

I am having difficulties opening certain web site or click on emails to open a web page. I have been copying the addresses and pasting in Chrome to successfully open these websites. I have been a Firefox user for many years and never had this problem. I an using Windows 11 64 bit.

Please help!
