Hello team,

After last Firefox update i have an issue on 3 different PC with eBay. When I press bit for an item, usually must popup window where i need to place my bit. All is working fine until some update that broke this functionality, my firefox is update to the last 137 version. All blocker are stop for this website. But the popup windows for biding just blink and hide somewhere may be on background, because all buttons on the page is not active and i need to refresh it to make it active again. I try wit other browser like Edge and functionality working fine. I like firefox, but it's not useful for me using different browsers for deferent sites and if this issue not solve soon I need to migrate to other browser. I hope this won't happen and I will happily continue using firefox.

Hi, This is not a first time when I save a password on my mobile and don't get it on my laptop or vice versa. I do force sync but it does not work. It says OK but does nothing. Any advise on how it can be fixed?

Websites ask me to turn off my ad blocker but I don't have one that I can see. Also YouTube does not open on FIrefox, which is probably being caused by the same issue. Thank you for your help.

Firefox 136.0 update is causing so many issues. I'm getting non stop Firefox master password prompts when I use Firefox now. I've tried all sorts of trouble shooting with no luck. I gave Firefox a "tune up" and "Refreshed" it and it deleted all my "Firefox Multi-Account Container settings". I had a ton of websites saved there and would like to get them back. How can I regain my "Firefox Multi-Account Container settings"and reinstall them from a recent TimeMachine backup? Thanks!

Hallo, ich musste den PC austauschen. Bisher habe ich mich bei Firefox angemeldet, syncroniert und dann hatte ich diese wieder. Dieses mal ist das nicht so. Was mache ich falsch?

In trying to update to a new version of Linux I inadvertently lost my passwords on Firefox. I have them on my Andoid 'phone but how can I get them back on my desktop? Thank you Thomas

Недавно переустанавливая в очередной раз Windows столкнулся с проблемой синхронизации моих данных в вашем браузере. Пароли, закладки, журнал и тд не синхронизировалось, а при открытии того самого старого профиля через about:profiles, тоже ничего.

Я был очень опечален данным результатом, так как там хранилось много нужной мне информации. К тому же, удалением профилей или чем-то таким я не занимался. Прошу помочь мне и отправить ответ на почту.

My gmail no longer opens on latest Modzilla update 135.0, although it still opens on Chrome or Edge. I can still access my Google account and other Google functions like Google One but my gmail does not load. I do not want to switch to another browser so I tried to clear cache, cookies, history but it did not work either. I also tried to open my gmailin private browsing mode but it still did not open.

I recently replaced my HDD with an SSD after the HDD went dead. I now want to recover my passwords, bookmarks, and browsing history. Can I recover it through my email id? Please help

Firefox on Sequoia 15.3.1 was updated to 136 and now I cannot advance Firefox Reels when clicking the forward arrow. Firefox 135 on another mac still works. Cache has been cleared as well as browsing history and ad blockers are off.
