I have completely separate bookmarks and bookmark toolbars on my work PC and home PC. I do log in on my home PC as to not lose my personal bookmarks and passwords. I accidentally logged into Firefox at work and it merged my bookmarks from my home PC. I logged out of Firefox on the work PC and removed the bookmarks that were imported from my home PC profile. I then tried to make a new account with my work email and login to sync on my work PC but it always says primary email needed and I'm stuck. I did go to about:profiles and add a work profile but that doesn't help me. I need to make a Firefox profile on my work PC with my work email address but the primary email thing gets me. Is there a way to do this with my current work PC bookmarks not lost? Thanks

So I forgot the password for my account, if I reset it, and therefore reset all of my bookmarks history etc, can I recover them by syncing again with my phone or is the account reset across devices?

Hi everyone I lost my phone a couple of months ago so I haven't access to my authenticator app, now I wanna sync my new phone's Firefox and it need to access to the two-step code that I haven't access to it. what must I do? I appreciate your help.

I use Firefox as my default browser. I have sync turned on. Im signed in thru my google account. Firefox does NOT sync to my Chrome browser and Google account. Whats the fix?

Hi there, I have saved my google account's password in my Firefox account and its something very strong. Now I try to sync Firefox but it asks me to enter 6 digits code sent to my email but I can't access my email unless I access my passwords in my Mozilla account!

Why I can't I see this? or where can I find it?

Various Fire Fox sources say I need to set up an Firefox Syn account and that I can make a selection to do this in Firefox preferences. However this is no option for this available. There is a single option labeled sync but it doe does not synchronize my laptop to my account and none of my bookmarks etc are up to date.

Hi, I lost firefox browser because of I setup new windows so i install again but unfortunately i cant get back my previous bookmarks settings and more. I am trying to create a new Firefox account with it's own email to be separate from this Firefox account I am posting from. However, every time I try to follow the "sign up" buttons I get redirected to the login page where I enter what I want as the new account info and receive a "Primary email account required for sign in" The email I'm trying to use for my new account is NOT registered with Firefox and I am using a freshly installed version of the browser on a new PC so no extensions are interfering.

I had to reset my computer.

I had Firefox sync on it and in the past all I’ve had to do is login and it restores history bookmarks and setting when I install it on a new or reset device

It’s not doing it this time, any advice?

After a reinstallation of FIREFOX, it failed to login to sync with Firefox. My account and password input are correct. And I can login to my accout with Chrome (https://accounts.firefox.com/).

my OS: ubuntu 18.04 firefox version: 100.0.2
