This isn't really a question but more of a complaint. The whole reason that I got into this account is because some information for one of my other email accounts that my ex-girlfriend locked me out of by changing the password and recovery info was in the saved passwords on the Firefox. That is an absolute trash way of doing sync. And yes at the very last second I noticed it said that I was going to reset everything right as I tapped the button and I couldn't pull my finger back. I'm definitely going to be deleting this account because of this.

I am requesting that the "collections" feature be added to the desktop browser and that it be synced along with everything else when you have a Firefox account.

I use firefox and open a lot of tabs, and set to reopen closed tabs when starting firefox. I logged out of firefox on my old machine and how can I log in to a new firefox my previous tabs will open again? And for firefox security, is there any function so that every time I start up, I have to enter a new password to be able to log into my account, so that other people can't access the pages I have logged in to? I can receive emails on my Earthlink account,but can't send. Get message "Cannot send message using the server Earthlink." No connections to server SMTPAUTH.earthlink.net. I would appreciate any help..Larry

Just downloaded Firefox app for iphone 13. Have created account. Have signed into the SAME account on my windows 11 pc using firefox browser. want to sync them. sounds simple enough. I am prompted to scan qr code using my iphone. everytime i try to do this, the firefox browser (which is ALREADY SIGNED INTO MY ACCOUNT) keeps popping up a window asking for the firefox password (why? i am already signed in). i enter it, and the window pops up again. it is the CORRECT password. what is going on? why is this so difficult to accomplish? I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 11. Wanting to have the same tabs, history and saved logins as my desktop, I wanted to sync my desktop Firefox account with the new laptop. My desktop is Windows 10 and up to date version of Firefox. When I attempt to sign in to Firefox on the laptop, I get an "Incorrect password" message. I'm using the same email on both computers and have had the account and used Firefox for years. I get the same incorrect password notification when I try to create a recovery key. I checked the passwords page on my desktop browser and the one listed for the Firefox account matches my standalone file. Is there anyway around this? I don't want to lose my bookmarks and password information by resetting the password.

i am 94 enjoy my PC but of late when i send Emails my family never get them so i end sending oneto my self use corect Emai addy but it never arrives in my IN BOX but shows up in my trash have checked every part of my EMAL addy for mistakes such as dot ot como what have / can i do thank you audrey

Hello i was logged on my Firefox on win10 i decided to change my windows so i checked if my passwords ,history,bookmarks etc are synced already and all of them was synced but for 3 times or more i clicked on "sync now" button and after that without log out and internet connection i changed my windows

then installed firefox logged in and there is nothing no history or saved logins or bookmarks or add-ons Nothing

so i logged out and tried sign in again but it didn't make it right and only thing that shows to me is my history and add-ons from a few hours ago

Not what i need!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm sure i synced them

so kinda you should fix this because i really need my data

Hello!

I have an issue with the Connected Devices section. There is my old PC which is listed as being connected 5 months ago and I cannot get rid of it. Whenever I'm trying to share a tab/link to another devices it shows up in the list 6 times (please see the screenshot attached).

I've tried Firefox on Windows, Linux, iOS. None of these can help me remove the device from the Connected Devices. I press Disconnect, select an option (random, doesn't matter), and then nothing. It's still there.

Any idea what I can do?
