I’m recovering from being hacked and scammed. So, I want to download Foxfire and Mozilla apps again. I also contributed to Mozilla. I’m somewhat tech savvy, but need assistance when getting new apps downloaded and installed.

Since the update of Dec. 9, many of my longtime accounts do not recognize me, and I don't currently have workarounds. I also keep getting nasty messages that I'm in mortal danger because I've lost contact with iCloud. I have a son-in-law and grandchildren with extensive computer expertise who will visiting during the holidays, but during the holidays, but I would much prefer to be partying with them than holding computer repair clinics.

Are there any measures that a complete amateur can take to solve the worst of this Gordian knot?

Hello, I set up Firefox to automatically log me in through my institution (university) whenever I try to access journal articles. My login has expired and I need to remove this automatic feature but cannot figure out how to do this. I've tried deleting all related saved passwords but this has not resolved the issue.

It keeps telling me to use a different account and then says I used the wrong password but I didn't use the wrong one it just changed so many times I think I'm losing my mind

How do you sign out of the Firefox Copilot chatbot so you can log in with a different Copilot account? Also same thing for the other AI Bots.
