Hello. I have a problem with Firefox since today. When I am on YouTube I no longer see the thumbnail image of the video. However, when I am in private browsing it works fine. How can I fix this? Regards, Julian.

bold text I am fed up with all this nonsense! I still can not respond to comments on my own blog. This is not good enough!!! It's taking far too long for this issue to be fixed.

I have no idea what next to do! Maybe I'll just throw my computer away! Yes...I am angry.

While opening any Google Drive folder, or by opening docs/sheets start page, none of the contents show up. In the bottom left corner there is an error: "The server has encountered an error. Please try again later." . No amount of "trying again later" works , but through trial and error (disabling modified settings in another profile) i found the culprit of this error message: in about:config setting called network.http.referer.spoofSource was set to true, setting it to false makes the issue i described above disappear.

While my issue is solved, I still don't understand why on every Firefox profile i create this setting is set to true, and whether changing it is a security concern

I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with the NordPass extension on Firefox. For over a month, I have been encountering a source map error when attempting to log in using the Windows Hello PIN code.

The specific error message is as follows: Source map error: Error: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource. Resource URL: moz-extension://23234j35k5j439434932u2j32l/css/biometrics.css Source Map URL: biometrics.css.map

I have already contacted NordPass support, but unfortunately, I have not received a resolution. I am hoping that your team can investigate and address this issue.

I went to my favorite web site this morning (dpreview/forums) and when it displayed I must have accidentally clicked some Firefox thing because the page was then overlaid with a thin orange highlight with the word PICK on it. I tried moving the cursor off the page but it only changed which segments of the page were highlighted. So I clicked and the page was replaced by just the menu section of the page, apparently that was what was highlighted when I clicked.

Now, no matter what I do, when I try to go to that url only the menu is displayed, the normal list of forums is missing. I've restarted FF. I've rebooted. I've cleared cookies and cache. I've refreshed the page. Nothing helps. Other web sites are fine. I can't imagine what this is for. A diagnostic tool or accessibility thing perhaps.

Please help. I'm running latest FF on latest Win 11.

I'm on a Mac running OS 10.14.6. I have consistently updated, and currently have Firefox 115.20.0esr. Yesterday a tax website said my Firefox was out of date, and wanted me to update. From within Firefox I clicked to update, and it downloaded an installer. But when I installed this new update, it's the same version: 115.20.0esr.

Can you shed any light on this? Is there any reason to keep this "new" version of Firefox?

So lately can't save bookmarks anymore not even to anywhere, what happened with version 115 running windows 7? Tried even saving all bookmarks and still nothing, even extensions won't save bookmarks...

Dear Sir,

Firefox is not working with Rabby Wallet and Metamask extensions.

It does no pop-up the window to see the transaction and sign it. Firefox 134.0.1 (64-bit). Windows 10 Home.

On Metamask at least I can click on the pinned extension and see the window. However it´s not the expected behavior, because it should open the pop-up automatically. With Rabby wallet it is impossible to proceed, even clicking on the extension icon.

Please fix it asap.

After one of the updates in March qrz.com is no longer displaying correctly. This was working before. When you lookup callsign W5WLG with Chrome you will see flags of different countries under the bold title W5WLG. This used to work fine on Firefox until about 2 updates ago. See the attached screenshots.

I use the website MassageBook.com for my business scheduling and communications.

Yesterday, everything worked fine. Today, for some reason, I clicked to log in through Firefox and it got stuck in a loop, returning to the log in page but never actually logging in. I contacted MassageBook and the suggested using Google Chrome to log in. This worked perfectly!

My preferred browser is Firefox, but it's not working for my most used website! I would appreciate this being looked into and corrected ASAP!

the IRS has free tax form filler that I have used for years. This year (tax year 2024) the page for the filler does not show correctly. most lines overlap and cannot fill in fields. I emails IRS and they say it is the browser issue---clear your cache..I did and not luck.. I did try EDGE and they show correctly. I have w10 fully updated on my laptop. anyone else have this issue and how do I fix..I prefer Firefox.

My question is addressed once again, "Third attempt?" Please give a direct reply. Firefox should have the contact information since you permitted it to be part of your browser extension.

Back to my original question posted here once again Recently, the video downloader helper stopped working with videos of YouTube links. The video downloader helper on the Firefox window is grey, meaning inactive. I tried using a video from a LinkedIn web page and was able to download it. Any suggestion? What is the problem? I have written about this before and NEVER get a response. Is it really time to just switch browsers? I have noticed when Firefox won't work Microsoft Edge and Chrome works just fine. What is the deal here?

Hi, I have noticed that for the last three weeks, i have been unable to access Whatsapp web using the Firefox, is there a problem? While using other browsers, the whatsapp web is accessible. Please rectify that coz firefox is my default browser. Thank you.

I have searched Support, enabled media Autoplay for all sites, Page Info for individual sites. Videos play but never with audio. Currently using FF 134.0 (64-bit) on Debian 12, but recall some problems starting about the 133.0 update. No audio with Youtube, Amazon testimonials/reviews, etc.

Please help?
