Lately every time I open Firefox on my PC (Win 10) it says that it is already running and that I need to close it first. How can that be if I just started the computer session?

obviously you think everyone is a programmer by the was your system does not work doing updates !!

I am hoping your not expecting an 80 year old lady to fix your lack of diligence? or should i just eliminate your program?

Bonjour, Voilà, depuis une mise à jour de Windows 11 la kb 5054979 et la kb 5055523 fêtent ensemble j'arrive à accéder à Firefox à l'aide de la souris mais dès que je tape au clavier Firefox plante. J'ai essayer la mise à jour des pilotes du clavier croyant à un problème de drivers mais il est à jour. J'ai désinstallé les mises à jour mais rien n'y fait J'aimerai savoir d’où peu provenir le problème ?. Firefox envoie bien des infos sur le plantage et essaye de remettre les onglets mais le problème reste le même. merci pour votre aide ? Je n'ai rien trouvé correspondant à mon problème dans les articles d'aide

Hi guys, I have been using Firefox for a long time and most of the time, I use local backup, I have saved my bookmarks on my extended hard drive but about a year ago, I found out that Firefox has a "sync" feature and it's really great. I turned on the auto-sync of bookmarks and it work but this time, I reset Windows and I was really sure that I was syncing and I checked, I opened the Profile menu, clicked "Sync Now" and waited until the rolling logo stopped. After I reinstalled windows and reinstalled firefox, logged in but I don't see the backup bookmarks like before, I tried searching but couldn't find anything, just like a new firefox and new profile. Is there a way to find the lasted bookmarks I have synced? I often have thousands of tabs open so I have used this feature before but this is the first time Firefox hasn't shown my synced bookmarks.

I am using Firefox on my computer and have encountered a few issues:

1. When I delete all the website shortcuts, I am unable to add new website shortcuts. There is no option available to add them back.

2. When I use the "Unpin" option, the shortcut gets deleted completely, instead of just being unpinned. Ideally, the shortcut should remain available after unpinning.

I kindly request you to address these issues in an upcoming update so that users can have a smoother browsing experience.

Hi, i downloaded the recent update on 6th March, and it wiped out all my saved passwords along with the password manager, so i had to fill in the details for each visit and to each site i visited. Fortunately i did a system restore to a previous date and got all the details back, the firefox update returned but i cancelled it this time, Are you aware of this and if so are you correcting it, thanks, Malcolm.

Only hours after my previous use of the picture in picture function to watch YouTube via the mobile site on the app browser, the function suddenly stopped working.

It would play the videos when I was in other tabs, and with the app itself closed. However, as soon as I opened it as a picture in picture window, the video paused and refused to restart playing.

This far, I have:

• cleared the cache
• force quit the app and restarted
• double checked that picture in picture was enabled (it was)
• made sure the app is up to date (it is) and compatible with my phone (it is)
• made sure the Video Background Play Fit was still enabled and up to date (it is)

None of these issues has resolved the issue. As the issue is specific to the play to play function, and is not effected by closing the browser or switching tabs, I believe it is an issue with the function, not the site.

Everytime I open firefox i have to enable Picture-in-picture in settings, because it somehow gets dissabled everytime i close out of firefox, its annoying and I dont how to fix it, and cant find anyone else having this same problem.

The past two days Firefox has not been displaying PDFs properly, turning 2 out of 14 pages sideways. I restarted my computer but no change. The PDFs display beautifully in Edge.

I am using Fedora 41 on a Dell 7750 laptop and your browser (latest update). I have it set to Dark Mode Theme within Your settings.

When typing comments in YouTube comment section under videos, the text is BLACK and cannot see what the FREAK I am trying to type. I have to highlight the text to see where I'm at and if it is all good to submit.

Hello, I have a problem with Firefox desktop windows, When I'm trying to copy a text or word for pasting in my document or even translating, it doesn't let me select any part of the text The site I'm trying to copy is mainly link.springer.com ( The link is : https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00423-024-03366-0 ) and the thing is I know copying isn't banned in that site because I can easily copy it in google chrome The version is 133.0 (aarch64) and there isn't any update for this Is there any solution for this?

Mozilla firefox browser is SOOOOOO SLOOWOWOWWWWW loading and working. Takes literally minutes after clicking open the browser for it to even finally eventually load the tabs - pages. Then it often lags, slows way down. Making it useless for people who value our time and life. 133.03 version. says its current up to date.

Please fix it so it works correctly efficiently.
