I can not access my email account . I get this message ...

   An error occurred during a connection to login.gmx.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ER

I am encountering an increasing number of sites that don't work with Firefox but do work with Chrome. I have tried turning off add-ins without success. Is there a way I can easily reset Firefox to its initial state and then return it back.

I tried doing several things I found on the help page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/https-upgrades "Firefox connection upgrades - HTTP to HTTPS ", but I still get this "Forbidden Access".

I have tried to contact SSA (left an e-message) and will keep trying, but my God, they were impossible to get by phone even before Trump and Musk cut everything, so I'm not going to even try that. Can you help me?

My twitch website tweaking, youtube tweaking then sometimes the home page is tweaking things are very glitchy and what not. i love firefox cz its open source but these wearid issues kinda make me always switch back to chrome from time to time

For the last week or so a lot of bookmarked web pages are not displaying correctly & links in emails to websites are the same. Seeing a safelinks protection tag in the tool bar when clicking the email links, then the website does not display properly. See image, this is how they look.

I "create a new profile" days ago what I first received the notice to update. It seem to work except when I click on a url to view. I received instead the notice that I am in the old firefox and to "Update". I did again and it seem to work until I clicked a url to view and again received a notice to "update by creating a profile.

It's very frustrating - Now I can't open firefox at all. It wants me to "fix it" or create a new profile"

I used to have Adblock installedl then lost it. I've just reinstalled it, but it doesn't seem to be working. What have I done wrong? Is there another system that Firefox recommends? Thank you.

Hi! I'm experiencing an issue where videos on YouTube stutter or play choppily when using Firefox. This happens even when the internet connection is strong and works fine in other browsers like Chrome.

Here’s what I’ve noticed:

The issue occurs on both 720p and 1080p videos.

It’s more noticeable when switching to full-screen mode.

I’ve tried disabling hardware acceleration, but it didn’t help.

Firefox is up to date (v126.0).

I’m using Windows 11 and have an NVIDIA GPU with the latest drivers.

I’d appreciate any suggestions or fixes. Thanks in advance for your help!

Here is something I have never ran into, for some reason suddenly today, I am only able to load about half the websites I try to load. A blank page loads that says "Hmm we're having trouble finding that site". But the tab says "Server not found". Again it's only some pages that won't load.

It does not matter if I click the bookmark, or type in the address,it's always the same pages every time. I tried 19 sites, (10 bookmarks, and 9 typed), plus typing in some of the bookmarks also.

If I change over to Chrome, or any other browser those pages will load. If I use Firefox Mobile, those pages load. Something has gotten messed up in my PC settings, or something.

I have tried clearing the cache, the history, and the cookies, no luck. I restarted into safe mode, and had the same problem.

It's been forever since I had any problems with FIrefox, and must admit I have forgotten most of the troubleshooting tips, that I used to know. But I did remember those, unfortunately none of those are the problem.

What else can I try? Thanks in advance.

BTW: I am submitting this on my phone because this is one site that won't load. If it did I would, I would click the "Share Data" button.

I originally deleted Firefox by accident and have downloaded it via Microsoft Store. All seems well then after I click on the app to open it, I Get the ‘Windows cannot find C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again’ for ‘Firefox’ error how can this be corrected?
