The power went out in my area last night and When I turned my computer on this morning and opened Firefox, all my bookmarks are gone! It says the bookmark file is empty? I had many bookmarks that I use daily. How do I retrieve all my bookmarks I had in my Firefox account? Can someone help? Thank you.

Hello! I accidentally logged into my account after switching to a new computer, creating a new recovery key. Now i do not have access to all my saved passwords. I have my recovery key but cannot find where should I type it to get back all my information. Is it possible to recover my information using the original recovery key, not the one I accidentally created? I really need to get the access to all my saved passwords, please help me with it. Thank you!

I posted a question in here two days ago because my firefox wouldnt open anymore i got a follow up answer telling me to give the crash id but never got a follow up after i sent it . i tried shuffling between profiles and in the end got it working but today my pc had a crash while firefox was open and it had to restart when i tried to open firefox its as if i just installed it and i dont have any backups to be honest i tried checking the appdata folder and there is a profile folder that seems big enough that it might be mine but it doesnt seem like firefox is reading it for some reason i tried switching the data in the profile folder that firefox is considering but it didnt work .

Does anyone know how to restore a previous profile? I had a situation like this: I had Firefox 140. I decided to upgrade to 147. Then I upgraded to 145 and all my data disappeared. The system is Linux Ubuntu.

I need a way to recover open tabs, history and bookmarks when firefox crashed. I type placessql and session in firefox profiles folder and nothing comes up. Firefox won't open at all and I asume if I reinstall it I'll lose all previous sessions. What files I need to copy before reinstalling?

Hello, I just purchased a new desktop computer. I have passwords and bookmarks that I would like to move over to the new computer. Can this be done or do I have to manually move each item. It would be so much easier to recapture all. Thanks for you help.

I restarted Firefox today to find you have removed all my 100+ tabs, which I had arranged in folders, and replaced the vertical settings I had with Tree Style Tabs, which in the past has always run slow. I was greeted with childish graphics inviting me to set up a profile and offering me an introduction to Firefox. I have been using Firefox for years, mostly happily, until you screw up the view I had spent hours setting up. You are turning into a cheap Microsoft but with even less consideration for your users. I have no idea what happened, but i was changing settings on my PC and suddenly i was logged out and all my browser data, bookmarks, passwords etc were gone. I dont know if i clicked the wrong button or what but everything is gone. I still have my data on my phone, and can access my passwords and such but I dont know how to get the browser data from my phone onto my PC

Please, I have many important passwords and bookmarks that I need to be able to recover.

this is the second time when i turn on my laptop and open firefox but the tab section gets glitched with spaces between multiple tabs and when i restart the browser, everything is gone
