after installing win 10, I cant save the exception cookies or allowed popup sites when I log back in all saved sites are gone. If I cant fix this I will have to start using another browser (I reinstalled foxfire, That didnt help!)

Hello: I've searched everywhere and seems NO OPTION to change my email address in my Firefox Account? The past forum had no posts from qualified Firefox users. One post said "there is no account in firefox" huh? The next post took the topic off the subject of "change email address in firefox account" to "change email address in the notifications" ?? So why is it so difficult to change my email address in my Firefox Account? Thank you.

The site https://www.popularwoodworking.com/winshop uses an entry form from secondstreetapp.com. FF will not display it even though I have my ad blocker (ADblock) disabled. Any suggestions?

Está lá, desactivada, mas não dá para reactivar (já reiniciei o firefox em modo de segurança e nada). Estou a pensar fazer uma reinstalação do firefox (apagando tudo) mas tenho receio de perder algumas credenciais (outras tenho guardadas). O método apresentado pela Mozilla para fazer o backup do perfil baseia-se num copy-paste mas não percebo como o reactivar após reinstalação, daí o meu receio em reinstalar. Alguém me pode ajudar? I am using my laptop always and the adds on the just driving me crazy they taking 1/3 of the screen. I downloaded Firefox thinking it will help but they still keep coming. I click on X or state this add is distracting but they just keep coming...any ideas. Thank you

I went against the security settings I have set up on my browser and gave exception for a non-recommended site to be one my computer has permission to visit. Now I want to change that but when I went into my security options, I cannot find a delete button for the line items. When I highlight the line item it just provides an edit option which doesnt seem to do what I want.

I have always enabled "do not track me" when using Firefox and have been able to see all website content. However the last ~ 10 days content on several websites has been blocked that hasn’t been blocked before. Does this really mean that I have to allow myself to be tracked to be allowed to see content? What changes have been made to Firefox? Is this something new?

Could you please advice on what to do to see content and not be tracked? Firefox V. 61.0.1 64bit on MacBook Pro latest S/W update

No reply necessary: starting yesterday, all of my extensions (Firefox Containers, Newsguard) are listed as outdated and to be replaced. Going to the Firefox Containers download page and clicking the download link signals an error about a download failure. Looks like this could be related to a change to how extensions are applied (or not) in private windows.

I (appear to have) solved this by just starting up with a fresh profile in Firefox, not a huge deal, but this may affect others as well...

Currently Firefox will not allow extensions webroot, dashlane, or Lt. any of my chosen extentions. If this is not cleared up soon I will use edge for my yahoo accounts. I will not reinstall because I should not need to. I am tired of Firefox inconsistency.

I enter my details, they are accepted and then I fail to be redirected, there is a little info icon in the address bar that tells the connection is not considered safe. Well it was two weeks ago.

Nothing in my setup has changed for months, apart from the recent firefox update.

My right click menu is "Search Google for (selected text)" appears to retrieve data from the website without a login. Almost none of the data is available without a login, how is it the the above shows protected data?

I don't want Firefox to memorize my street address or automatically fill in forms with it. I've unchecked "autofill addresses" and there are no memorized addresses. I've unchecked "remember search and form history." But I just went to a website I don't believe I've ever been to, and there was my street address filled in. How do I stop that?

I have the following entries in the 'Manage Permissions' section;

However, I still get a youtube.com cookie whenever I watch a video. How do I prevent this?

Aside - yes, I am aware that blocking this cookie breaks some youtube content - I'm good with that. Also, why do I need to put each website in twice? (for http and https) I can't really think of a scenario where I'd want to block one and permit the other.

OK, I'm beyond frustrated with this. I have my passwords saved in firefox. For the first time EVER when I click on the little eyeball to see my pasword for a particular site (tools/options/privacy&security/saved logins), a pop-up box comes up saying "windows security Mozilla firefox verify your identity to reveal the saved Password" and I'm asked for a username and password. NONE of them work. I can 'log in' to firefox, change my picture, change my password, etc., etc., etc. BUT I can't successfully get that F&**%&$ box to accept anything. and it LOCKS EVERYTHING when that box is up. I can't switch to a different tab, I can't move the browser window. I am allowed to move the verification box within the browser window. I can't take a screenshot of it because it locks that capability out. H.E.L.P.!!! What is it really asking for because it sure isn't my username and password for any account I have ever had....because I think I've tried them all in every combination.... Thank you!!!

I keep having to sign into my Yahoo account to see my mail on my laptop and also my iPhone, regardless of having the check mark checked to keep me signed in for 2 weeks. When I look at how to fix this, information leads me to trying to figure out how to fix my Firefox to accept cookies from Yahoo. Any information would be welcomed, it's making me crazy!

I know there a quite a few os this same question, but they're old and none of their solutions work.

I have checked Block Audio and Video Autoplay in my settings, but Firefox does not block them. Audio block seems to work sometimes but video block never does.

This is extremely annoying and I need help.

sorry, dass ich in deutscher Sprache, in Abhängigkeit vom Wohnsitz, anfrage.

"Cookies und Website-Daten Die gespeicherten Cookies, Website-Daten und der Cache belegen derzeit 99,0 KB Speicherplatz.":

- Diese 99,0 KB lassen sich seit Wochen auch nicht manuell löschen, obwohl ich davon ausgehen darf, dass das Vernichten der Daten bereits im Rechnerabstellung erfolgen muss/soll.

Was sind Ihre Ziel führenden Lösungsempfehlungen? Auch die Neuinstallierung der Browser-Software führte leider ganzheitlich-nachhaltig nicht zum Ziel.

Was verbirgt sich konkret unter den '99,0 KB', wie kann ich das wo einsehen und endlich die Löschung manuell oder eingestellt automatisiert wahrhaftig löschen?
