For a while I've been able to put a youtube video in PiP mode while I do something in a videogame without any issues, but after yesterday's update every time I focus on the game the video becomes extremely laggy for no reason. I've turned off hardware acceleration (it was turned on before) and also tried it out in troubleshoot mode, but the result ended up the same. Has this happened to other people? Or a similar issue? Feels like more than a coincidence that this started happening after yesterday's update.

TikTok might not be working due to a few common reasons like a poor internet connection, server problems on TikTok’s side, an outdated app version, or too much cached data. Sometimes, the app might crash or fail to load videos properly. Restarting the app, clearing cache, or updating it usually helps fix the problem. bold text

Hi, I've been receiving the following rejection message as follows: jino.ru rejected your message to the following email addresses:

postmaster@pop3-server-spam.org The address you sent your message to wasn't found at the destination domain. It might be misspelled or it might not exist. Try to fix the problem by doing one or more of the following:

Send the message again, but before you do, delete and retype the address. If your email program automatically suggests an address to use, don't select it.
Clear the recipient AutoComplete cache in your email program by following the steps in this article: Status code 5.1.1. Then resend the message, but before you do, be sure to delete and retype the address.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) to confirm you're using the right address. Ask them if they've set up an email forwarding rule that could be forwarding your message to an incorrect address.

The sender of the email gets those message. I get them also but I'm also getting the message that they send me. It's only doing it with my outlook account. Why is that? I checked it directly on the Outlook website and everything is OK. I can't understand why this is happening.

Starting early this morning I could not open a website (where I purchase supplements) I have accessed in the recent past. I added the address to the DNS listing but that didn't help. In the verification lock icon in front of the address it says the connection is secure. But below it states the Connection verified by a certificate issuer that is not recognized by Mozilla. Prior to 1/22/25, I had no issues opening this or other websites. It doesn't matter if I have my VPN turned off or not, the website does not open. Was the Mozilla update of 1/22 the cause? If so, how do I rectify the issue I currently have? If not, how do I rectify the issue I have?

My Firefox browser used to open in full screen but for the last 2-3 months it only opens about 2/3 of the screen. Pressing F11 does not work. It only works if I press the centre icon in the upper right corner of the browser.

This happens every time I open the browser. I have looked on Google but nothing works for me. It used to work fine and I do not know what has happened. Another browser works fine but Firefox does not. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Kind regards

None of my saved passwords in my Mozilla account are showing up when I switch laptops and try to logon to various sites. Instead I have to manually enter the passwords for the sites every time even though the sites show that I have saved passwords for that site in my Mozilla account. When I type the password in a old or new site, Mozilla doesn't even ask if I want to save the password anymore.

Hello I've been a Firefox user for decades; recently a problem suddenly appeared that I'd never encountered before; I mentioned it to you but you didn't see fit to reply. I have twice 'repaired' Firefox, to no avail. After hours of Internet research, I've discovered the nature of the problem: it's called FirefoxCP Isolated Web Content. According to the many forums I've consulted, you're perfectly aware of it. So I don't understand : - why you don't take the trouble to reply to a user with a problem. - and, above all, that you're perfectly aware of the problem and don't do everything in your power to solve it. As 'killing' an activity in my Mac's activity monitor every ten minutes is rapidly becoming unbearable, I'm going to have to change my browser, much to my chagrin. Farewell dear Firefox!

Can't use YT picture in picture mode on Firefox when logged into my YT account. When I enable picture in picture on a video and scroll down to the comments, picture in picture mode turns off as soon as I scroll past the bottom of the video.

Happens only when I'm logged into my YT account on Firefox. Logout, it works. Logged in on Edge, it works. Logged into my second YT account on Firefox, it works. Only doesn't work for this one account.

Attached images if that helps. Last image shows exactly when picture in picture mode turns off when I'm scrolling

It says on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-picture-picture-firefox#w_keyboard-shortcuts that the hotkey to toggle `PiP is CTRL Shift ]`. When I play a video it shows the PiP button, but the hotkey doesn't work. The other PiP keys like seeking and volume work. I'm on Fedora 41 with KDE 6.3.3 & Wayland.

I am experiencing an issue with the Picture-in-Picture (PiP) functionality in Firefox on Ubuntu. Unlike on Windows, where the PiP window automatically appears when switching tabs or pages, this does not happen on my system.

When I manually activate the PiP feature by clicking the button, the window does appear; however, it is placed behind the browser window and remains at the lowest level among other open windows. This causes it to be obscured by other applications and requires me to manually bring it to the front and adjust its position every time.

Is there a way to automate this process or resolve the issue so that the PiP window behaves as expected (i.e., stays on top of other windows and works seamlessly)? Please let me know if there are any settings, extensions, or workarounds that could address this problem.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!
