Hello,

I can't save and download a modified PDF file.

To put it simple: I open a PDF file on Firefox; Rotate it clockwise; Open the Tools menu (»); Click Save; The saving window opens; I save the file; When I open it, the file is as at start, before rotating.

When I load a pdf into Firefox, a pdf app opens at the top so I can write text, add an image, etc (thanks for this). Lately, when I am using the app, it will stop working randomly no matter which button I am using. If I'm suing text, it will stop and not allow me to select anything. If I'm using the highlighter, the same thing happens. I tried removing all my extensions but that did not work. I know this started after a Microsoft and Firefox update. Could you please fix it, otherwise I have to use Chrome and I hate Chrome. The app controls are on the far right of the image.

Hi, I have few laminating machines icons on my computer face but I can't open them there is a message saying I can't open this file,

I think I have a Firefox PDF reader on my computer.

Whenever I use FF to get a PDF file, It is corrupted. It seems to download ok. It will display, but copying from it yields garbage. Using apples Preview for speaking yileds jiberish. I do not have this problem with Safari

I had this problem for months even before my latest OS was install. Mac mini, M2, Sequoia 15.7.1, FF 145.0 (aarch64) kleps@uic.edu

So i reinstalled my graphics driver yesterday, and after that when i open a pdf on firefox it only shows blackscreen. it didnt happen on other browsers(chrome, edge)

This one is puzzling to me: On a website with login, whenever I click on an link to a pdf, a new tab opens (my normal setting) and immediately crashes (not my normal setting ;)). However, everything is fine elsewhere on the web, even on the same site in the sections without login. Here are some observations that may or may not be connected to this:

• If I right-click and open in new tab/window/download, everything is fine
• When I return to the tab where I clicked the link, the page reloads - independent of whether I did anything in the crashed tab
• the site-admins were not able to reproduce the problem, also it seems fine for other users
• the problem persists in troubleshooting mode, also manually disabeling extension did nothing, emptying cache etc. also nothing.

It is not like this is making me switch browsers (although no crashes in edge), but it bothers me to have no idea why this is happening. :) Maybe someone here feels the same? Thank you for reading either way!

When a PDF document is dragged into Firefox, you get an app that allows you to write on it, import images, highlight, etc. However, if I use grouped tabs, you cannot use the app anymore. It will not write on grouped. I'm not sure where this issue would fit in the options provided. Thanks for any help you can give.

Hello, how can I preset a fixed size for opening and displaying PDF files? Ideally, I'd like to be able to select a percentage scale or permanently set a fixed height or width. Thank you for your help.

The past two days Firefox has not been displaying PDFs properly, turning 2 out of 14 pages sideways. I restarted my computer but no change. The PDFs display beautifully in Edge.

I’d like to give some feedback regarding the built-in PDF editor. I really enjoy this feature and use it often because it’s convenient and easy to work with. However, there’s an issue that has forced me to stop using it for now.

Whenever I add text to a PDF using Firefox’s editor, everything looks fine on my computer. But once I upload the edited PDF to another platform such as Google Drive, the text I typed disappears and turns into empty boxes. This means the annotations or filled-in fields are no longer readable on other devices or cloud services.

At the moment, the edited PDF can only be viewed properly on my own computer, and this limitation makes it difficult to share documents or submit forms. I sincerely hope this compatibility issue can be improved, because I really do love Firefox’s PDF editing feature and would like to continue using it.

Hi, when I work in Xero, the pdf documents will not open. Firefox is up to date and I have wiped all cookied and history. Is there anything else I need to do please?

While using Dext there is a visual of the uploaded pdf file. Now there is a notice that my Firefox settings need to be changed. Dext does not have instructions for Firefox and I have not yet located the spot in settings to adapt for this. Looking for directions.

Since the update I am unable to view pdf within xero and actionstep. These are important programs I require the viewing of the pdf for my employment. Can you let me know if there is a new setting that requires activation or if there has been a change. I have attached an image for you to see that it does not load.
