Lately you tube tutorials & videos play for a few seconds. than stop. The spinning wheel appears (presumably reloading) and than it continues but WITHOUT sound. Upon restarting Firefox it happens again and again, rendering it useless. If I use google chrome this phenomenon does not appear, same for Opera - only firefox. What to do?

Using Firefox, I cannot look at the reviews on Costco.com; using Chrome, no problem. Recent problem. I want Firefox, NOT Chrome.

Similar, but perhaps unrelated: On MSN.com, I find videos offered by CNN. The present video never finishes loading and I canot watch it. If I skip that, I will see the next ad, and then the next video will run. A bit frustrating because I can never see the video that caught my eye in the first place. (I cannot get back to it.)

Thanks for reading; thanks for any suggestions.

Ghostery has started a totally annoying adblocking stats popup in the lower right corner of the screen. A previous thread here stated, Contact the developers. There is no way to do that that I could find. For now I have deleted Ghostery and and am happy to leave it deleted. But I would also be OK with having it back because I have an account.

Any ideas on this ?

Soooo, I have to admit defeat on this one. I travel often to South America and back to the states about every other month. I need access to a couple of job search sites while in Colombia but I can not make the location stable. Every one of the sites I open gives me a Brazilian site link. I have set everything I can think of the the United States (Laptop main location service, Mozilla location, etc) with no change. When I open Indeed.com or Glassdoor.com or any other ones I get the dame results...Brazilian search results???

By the way, this happens when I open them in Edge or Chrome too...I know it's know a browser issue but I can't fix it anyway I try... :[

Thanks a million in advance.

I type in indeed.com and get this https://br.indeed.com/?r=us

I am tired of your relentless, a;most daily update notices which can't be turned off. This is an obvious Control Issue with you.

HOW DARE YOU VIOLATE MY RIGHTS AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO!

If your service is so flawed that you have to consistently update, them your users need to find another browser/ This is my plan.

Effective now, I will not use your site because of your controlling attitude, lack of support and forced actions. I suggest that other users consider doing this until Moz://a stops this controlling bull shit!

In this environment, we do NOT need someone like you telling us what to do.

You're wrong, you're stupid and you're going to loose in the long run as your users are not going to put u p with this relentless BS!

I have used Firefox for years to log in to Fifth Third Bank. The last several months it has worked intermittently. The last 2 weeks it won't work at all. I have done all of the suggestions in Firefox help. Deleted cookies, Reset, Refreshed, etc. No success. I am able to log in using Chrome. The bank tells me that when I am using Firefox they do not see me trying to log in. They can see me immediately when I use Chrome. I am getting an error message number that is not helpful and an IP address that indicates it is tied to Comcast in my hometown. Help! I don't want to use Chrome!
