I went to this site, no worries, nothing there but asks you to click...which you should not do. It says to copy the fix and paste it into the windows shell... sounds obvious, it's a scam. Except, this is a major funding company.

So the question is, is this legit from firefox? Or is that what? Go to myforwardsavings.com and you'll see what i mean. Or, see image i have included.

Hopefully someone up the chain in firefox can let me know. As i intend to report them if this is nefarious. Thank you.

A few months ago my bank statement from wells fargo stopped showing the information. All I have are the heading and lines... no information. I was told by Wells Fargo it is a security glitch in the Firefox preferences. I was not able to find what they were referring to so I am contacting you for help. Instructions on where to find this would be greatly appreciately. It was something about unclicking encrypted security and that bothers me somewhat.

I went to the trouble shooting site after asking my question about Thunderbird. It was suggested that running two firefox clean ups was a good idea. Now my ribbon thread is not present. I have to jump through hoops to find bookmarks, etc. This makes all navigation difficult. Is there a way to get the old data on the page in the old form? The data folder is on my desk top. I feel stupid because the trouble shooting site said all would be saved. How and where?

Firefox version is: 127.0 (64-bit)

My problem is that Firefox seems to be ignoring "#:~:text=highlight this".

Maybe there's something under about:config? I can't find it.

I can open an email or a google search for this particular website, Sundance, click on an item which then opens on my screen but Firefox is unresponsive when I click within this item screen for details like available sizes and colors. This is the only site that this has occurred.

I have looked into settings but found no solution to this issue. Web search results are completely irrelevant to this issue as well. Haven't been able to find a fix for this.

I've been trying to install an add-on that is in the .zip format. I set xpinstall.signatures.required to false and restarted the browser, yet Firefox keeps telling me the add-on cannot be installed because it's not verified. Is there a way to change this?

Something happened with your new update, and now my computer is not working. i cannot get my emails to come even though i choose the email button. The wheel just keeps turning and turning, and will not ever get to the emails. All of a sudden my web address bar at the top of the screen disappears when I open a web address and I have to push my mouse to the top of the screen to make it appear? Didn't used to do this.

I was able to open all attachment that came with my Yahoo mail. Since this morning I can not open any attachments-word, excel or PDF What happened? How do I go back to be able to open all attachments

i keep getting sent to .ca sites instead of the .com that i had typed in and wanted to go to ie: yahoo.com discovery.com

There was no yahoo.ca or hotmail.ca when i got my email accounts and i only deal with originating networks Discovery.com not ripoffs like ctv.ca/discovery.

I lost my Outlook365 with the latest Windows 10 update. When I reinstalled I went through the preferences to select Firefox as my default browser. I have been using this for years and every time I picked a link in an Email it would open a new tab in my existing browser.

Now, regardless of anything I try it continues to open an new Firefox browser, with pages included since this started on the weekend.

What settings am I needing to make to correct this. I have gone through the config settings and selected 0 in the browser.link.open_newwindow.restriction with no success.

After Firefox updated to v127 YouTube videos stopped working for me. They work fine on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Considering this only started happening with the latest update and the fact that YouTube videos work fine on other browsers the problem I feel has to be somewhere in Firefox. When I try to play a video I get the white circle going around in the center of the screen and the video does not play.
