Eric - 04.11.2020 - [email]

Please continue here: [/questions/1314933]
I am running a WIN10 Pro 20H2 PC with Firefox 83.0. All software up-to-date. My Internet connect is cable with a U.S. IP location.

All O.K, until I open "https://www.newegg.com/" with my default Firefox browser, which always opens "https://www.newegg.com/global/uk-en/".

Opening the same "https://www.newegg.com/" URL from the same password manager entry explicitly using Chrome or Edge I get to the desired U.S. location.

Does not occur on my other PCs.

Firefox is changing the URL so that I am always going to the UK location?

Can't find where this is happening. Can anyone assist?

Much of the information associated with my taskbar was eliminated when it suddenly moved from the bottom of the screen to the right side; it disappears then reappears when the browser goes to the right. This is totally annoying. How can I get my original taskbar to display on the bottom of the screen again?

When you sign into secure sites there was a lock on the bottom right hand side of page showing that the site was safe and secure. If the secure site was not secure a red line would cover the lock. I do not have this anymore since I updated from 3.8 to 6. Are my secure sites such as banking etc still secure. Why have I lost this lock symbol???

Go back to Firefox 4 or 5 and quit messing with what was a good browser. I had Yahoo as my home page and it was a nice non glaring shade of brown that didn't hurt ones eyes, now it is so damn bright with all of the colors that are available with Firefox 6.0 that it gives me a headache.
