I use Arcgis quite a bit for property info and for the last several months, it either won't fully load or has constant freezes when doing anything. It also freezes other windows I have open and most the time when I shut down those windows and start FireFox again, my home screen (Start Page) won't load? I have to dump history/cookies and sometimes flush dns. I contacted ArcGis and they say it works fine on their end. So I suspect FireFox is the issue.
I downloaded the Opera browser last night and it has no problems with this site. I won't use chrome or edge.
Any help figuring out what's going on? I have changed no settings, no vpn, no private browsing either. It seems with each FireFox update, my issues get worse?

I have to keep up my production to keep my job. Your browser really cost me labor time. So, I would like to know do you recommend going back to a previous version until you fix this mess? OR... what ohter browser would you recommend as your replacement?

Anything else i can try apart from reinstall from scratch as im worried about losing my history,saved account info and such. Or do i just need to do a full refresh and install? Thank you!
