I have been reading about FF and made a decision to give it a good shot toward becoming my daily driver .. was stopped very early in that it seems it does not support the touch screen on my HP laptop running Mint. I tried to find an issue .. best I came up with was looking at "gestures.enable_single_finger_input" which set it to true so .. I'm sort out of options. It works in that I can touch a tab and switch from one to another but if I do a scroll "swipe" it only selects a bunch of text.

Appreciate ideas .. I'm hoping it's something simple

Hey,

I've been using Firefox primarily on Windows, and Android, for a long time; and relatively recently, Linux.

Every now and then(most times, it works great, and does not crash), when I open a new private window via the keyboard shortcut (ctrl + shift + p), Firefox crashes, and clicking "restart Firefox" causes it to immediately crash again. I do not even see Firefox reopen, but gets greeted with "Firefox crashed".

I haven't had this issue on Windows or Android before, and have only been experiencing it on Linux. Could be related only to my machine, don't know at this point.

Info: Linux Mint 20.2 x86_64 Cinnamon Kernel: 5.4.0-81-generic Firefox version: 91.0 (64-bit)

Thank you
