I currently have QuickTime Plug-In 7.6.3 and been asked to update the latest version of QuickTime from the Apple Website. I tried to manually load QuickTime Plug-In 7.6.6 to Firefox and it wouldn't let me do this. A .window came up on my MAC and told me that I had QuickTime X on my hard drive. I currently have a MacBook Pro and it has the Snow Leopard Operating System

Suddenly (literally) my master password has stopped being recognized by my computer. When I type in the "old" password to change it to something new, it doesn't recognize the old one either. Any advice???

I have looked at the KB on this issue but none of them seem to answer my problem. I have a late model Macbook Pro undated OS. No addons. I am UNABLE to bookmark in anyway. That is not just save, I am not able with any method I am aware of to bookmark. If I click on the star icon it does not fill in. If I use shortcut keys the Bookmarks menu item highlights while I hold the key combo down. If I use the pull down menu nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Firefox crashes when I open it (Mac system). How can I recover all websites's addresses in my bookmarks before trying to installing again firefox?

I press on a link with email address then my firefox 3.6.4 on imac starts to make a lot of new empty windows so they cover my whole screen, hundreds of them.

Clicking "Clear Recent History..." wipes all cookies and even worse the cookies exceptions list although the cookies box is not ticked.

Problem persist across restarts of Firefox and reboots of the OS.

Running Firefox 3.6.3 and Safari in Mac OS 10.6.3. Upgraded from Safari4 to 5. Lost all bookmarks in Firefox. Import says it worked, but nothing appears. Firefox will not add bookmarks either. Suggestions?

When I open a new tab and display a website, is there any way I can if I want to make the page fill half the screen so when I open another tab I can have the option to do that on the new website so in effect I have two tabs open with one website on the left and the other website on the right, I know I can drag the corner of the page and make it fill only half the screen then open another window and do the same with that tab, but just wondered if there was either a plugin or shortcut rather than carefully dragging so both fit on the page, and if it can be done with having only one window open. Hope that makes sense! I am using apple macbook pro with firefox.

WHen I open certain links that open in a new tab (e.g. my bank statement has a "printable version" option and when I click on that link and it opens in a new tab) firefox suddenly minimizes and becomes a lot smaller. And I have to maximize the screen again and this becomes annoying after a while. What gives?

Oh and I'm running on a Mac (OS X).

I accidentally deleted my favorite locations from my navigation tool bar, and can't find an option to re-install them. How do I do this? I've gone to "view" and "customize," but there is no provision there for doing this

Hello. Firefox (and Word 2008 for that matter) has been crashing whenever it tries to load / use a front from the "Franklin Gothic" font family. I've looked around for solutions, but most just recommend removing the font; I'm trying to see how else I can fix the problem, as I need to use Franklin Gothic... a lot.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Apple safari remembers every one of my frequently used passwords on every web page. I just downloaded and installed version 3.6.3 for Snow Leopard. I transferred all my bookmarks to Firefox yet some websites do not ask to be remembered. I went to your help page and was directed to a "bookmarklet" - but couldn't figure out how to use it???

When I download a photo from gmail, the download list is blank and the photo winds up buried. I want it on my desktop as a first stop.
