I used to be able to ask a question on Firefox and get an answer. Now when I ask for information all I get is advertisements pertaining to the question I am asking.

I get an error message when trying to login to the Social Security website with Firefox. Works with Chrome. The problem just started. Here is the error message.

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

When I play a downloaded video that is in English, my downloaded file plays back in a foreign language, not English. What am I doing to cause this and how can I have the English version only in playback everytime? Thank you so much, being a pensioner I am eager awaiting the ability to donate to you excellent work as often as I like.

latest version of firefox sometimes will not ask to save passwords or remember them. seems if i try to set up a new password it doesn't want to save it, but set up pass key instead. thanks

We have two computers in our house -- one connection. From my computer I sent something to my daughter, the second computer in our house. For some reason, my whole Facebook account transferred to her computer ad she is unable to use her own Facebook account. We have no idea how this happened. Can anyone help? Thank you . .

I downloaded firefox desktop for my imac 27" none of the passwords I had on file would work so I changed the password and tried it. It appeared to work but after a while the incorrect password came up again. I continued to try using the code you sent via email several times and even though it appeared to. accept the password it still rejects your code. I have tried both caps and lower case characters but it still rejects the login

Hi, I've been trying to access academic articles through my university library online database. My browser often directs the shibboleth authentication to the sign-in page of my previous university, not to my current ones. An example is provided below: the first link gets automatically changed to the send one. How can I stop the browser from doing this, so that I can log in through my current university account? I have a new computer and I want to sync my Firefox account but the Sign In button next to Sync and save data options are missing from the browsers in both devices.

How do I fix this issue?

I recently lost all my data on my computer and after logging into my account, I couldn't retrieve my firefox data. I searched everywhere on my browser and couldn't find nothing to fix this.

I keep getting this message when I try to sign in on Firefox. Chrome let's me sign on but i much prefer Firefox. Any suggestion? {
