I am on the VistaPrint website and have an Ai support window open that I can't close because the entire window is not visible. I need the top of the window available to close it out and unfortunately the window blocks me from doing anything. I have backed out, logged back in and the window is still present. I contacted Vistaprint and they said it was a firefox issue and to try Chrome. I used Chrome and they are correct, I can access everything, went back to firefox and tried but the window is still present, if the window size could be reduced, I could access the top to close it. Please help.

I have extensive bookmark collections organized under my bookmarks toolbar. I use different bookmark sets at home and work. I need them remain separate but would like them to be backed up and synced. For example, if I'm at home, I want to be able to toggle over to my WORK bookmarks with all the latest updates. Basically, I need distinct bookmark identities but don't care about keeping other work/home stuff isolated.

I tried making home and work profiles, but syncing them to my Mozilla account merged the bookmarks which was a mess that took a long time to straighten out.

Can 2 profiles be synced to the same Mozilla account without merging bookmarks toolbars? If I have to create a separate Mozilla account for each profile, that kind of defeats the purpose.

I've looked at the available docs but can't see a fix. Can someone advise how I can either:

A) Sync multiple profiles (with bookmarks) to my Mozilla account without merging the bookmarks toolbars B) Find another solution to let me toggle bookmark sets.

When I use Facebook with my Firefox browser the site just has to many issues. The site keeps hanging up and just sort of stalls out when I try to access messages and notifications that I download from the site. I took the suggestion of clearing my cache. That did nothing. Clearing my history didn't make a difference either. Being this problem doesn't happen with Chrome or Safari, it must be a Firefox problem. So, what more can I do to make using Facebook with Firefox a better experience? Sure would appreciate help.

My mac froze, force quit did not work, unplugged it, turned it back on, all bookmarks were gone and not able to add new ones. Would like to restore old bookmarks and add new ones.

Hi Team, Firefox on macOS 26.5.2 (not since this version), I use Firefox lates version but it be judged as old version and I always get the messages on Gmail, "このブラウザ バージョンのサポートは終了しました。サポートされているブラウザにアップグレードしてください。", on Facebook "このブラウザーはサポートされなくなりました。快適にご利用いただくため、新しいバージョンにアップデートしてください。" on Instagram "Your browser is no longer supported Please update to a newer version for the best experience", (Sorry, I use in Japanese). And I cannot watch Netflix on Firefox. Why?I'd like to know the reason of this issue, and could you kindly improve that it work normally on macOS? Thank you.

Our power went out this am and turned off my computer. I am unable to recover my Firefox bookmarks. I've done the Manage bookmarks, but when I get to Library there is no Import/Backup to click on.

Ever since I updated to 153, the FedEx website goes unresponsive after it pulls up a tracking number: I have to force quit Firefox to get out of this problem. No other website that I use has this issue. Everything else works just fine. What could be the issue here?

I had several tab groups. I open and save and close them every day. but since yesterdayI cant find them at all. If I create a new tab group it appears but those old tab groups not! I've tested troubleshooting mode but noting.

How do I get my apps, like Duolingo, Facebook etc. back on my Firefox page? I just perhaps, made a mistake, and downloaded the new Mozilla/Firefox page and now I don't see my apps that I use everyday. Help!

Hi, I try to use Firefox for my job and faced with the problem that I can't open state owned website due to sertificate signature error. I ready to take a risk but I can't find the button "Proceed.. (Risky)". This button simply not showing. In th same time in mobile version I saw this button, could take permssions myself and open the website. I tryed to add root and sub sertificates of the Goverment, tryed to add the site address to exclusions -- all these steps don't work. I can't open the site and can't find button "Proceed.. (Risky)". Moreover, in the same time, I can open this website without any questions and problems with Safari and Chrome.

I use the last Firefox version (153.0) from Firefox official website.

How can I resolve this problem in Firefox? Please help me
