I was injured and in the hospital a long period. my phone number was changed by my daughter from [telephone number] to [telephone number] my email changed because cable one closed all their accounts. It now is [email address]. Now I cannot log into my facebook account no matter what I do. It is the way I get in touch with my friends and relatives. What happened to my account? I was asked to log in with my name, Eileen Dueck and click on my picture to get in but that does not work. Nothing else works either. Please find my account and restore it.cannot l

Our bank has notified us that we need to update our browser. We have a Mac (21.5-inch, Late 2009) with OSX Yosemite version 10.10.5. We are currently using Firefox 78.15.0 and it is up to date. Is there another version of Firefox that we can install that would be compatible with our older Mac and would allow us to access our bank? If so, how do we go about updating it. Thank you

I am not a "techie" kind of person, so please bear with me. I received the email from Mozilla telling me to update my Firefox.

Will Firefox 78.15.0 continue to work on my Mac after March 31, 2024? I do not use Sync. I do have many bookmarks and saved passwords. The email from Mozilla is a bit unclear what will happen. I am using an older computer running Mac OS 10.10.5 and cannot update to a newer system, so I cannot update Firefox. Thanks very much.

How do I update Firefox? Or is this system out of date? I run OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

Can you please instruct me how to upgrade my firefox browser Nr.78.15.0esr on my apple laptop OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5. I need to be able to use this very laptop for internet usage. Please tell me what other firefox browser could be uploaded in case the latest version cannot be uploaded on my current laptop. I am awating your answer asap. Thank you for your help!

I try to login on Firefox or google the the sight of "sigsauer" but I get a forbidden you don't have permission to access this resource. I can certainly use safari. Why can't I use google or firefox

I accidentally right clicked and hit "Remove from Address Bar" on the Reader View icon and now it's gone. I tried typing "about:config" into the browser and searching "reader" then selecting the "reader.parse-on-load.force-enabled" toggle to "true" and that didn't get it back. Is there a way I can get it back?

Dragging and Dropping an image from a website to desktop for a “.jpg” file extension in Firefox 78.15.0esr (64-bit) (right click + drag to desktop) only works some of the time on a Mac Book Air. When “.jpg” saving does not work, image file is saved as a “weblog” (see image below). How can I do a permanent fix?

Many sites that I go to state that my Firefox is out of date. But, when I look for an update, I can't find one. I have my settings set to "Update automatically" so don't know if it is or isn't updated.

Good morning :-) All of a sudden my gmail no longer opens in Mozilla Firefox. All other sites work, and my gmail works in Chrome and Safari. I don't like to use any other browser. I've tried the bookmark and went outside the bookmark, and neither works. It just spins and spins. Can you please help me?

Problem: different areas of the same domain requires unique passwords. eg example.com/admin1/ user: name example.com/admin2/ user: name

The user name is the same for both, are fixed and cannot be changed.

When I log in to admin1/ but then need to log in to admin2/ Firefox thinks I am updating my password used in admin1/ .

I have read question 1280159 (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1280159) which only partially solves it IF the user name can be modified.

How can i solved this without accidentally losing my password/s ?
