FF has been freezing EVERY single time I attempt to use it, even since I started using it in safe mode, and after I cleared the cache.

It freezes a few minutes after opening, and freezes my Mac as well. Takes at least 5 minutes before it unfreezes. I am not getting crash reports. I think this started right after the latest update.

Since the 73.0 update Firefox 73 loads SOME web pages slowly. For example, got to tesla.com and click on model S. This page barely loads. It starts but the graphic seems very slow. I tried loading Firefox 73.0 in safe mode, same problem. Safari loads everything quickly so not my internet connection. Firefox 72 (72.0.2) worked perfectly

This has now happened after the last two Mac updates. I get the TLS handshake forever until it times out. Occasionally something gets through (like the Mozilla help pages!) Unlike others who have posted this issue, the same problem holds in Chrome and Safari. I have tried various fixes, including a new identity on my Mac, with no success. Last time the issue seemed to spontaneously resolve after a couple of hours and never reappeared until Mac updated again. While all this is happening, my email works fine, my husband's macbook pro (just like mine) works fine, and my iPad works fine. I have left this message on the Mac help forum, too, hoping someone will have some idea of what is happening. OS Mojave 10.14.6

Hi, I have the latest version of Firefox (68.0.2) and it crashes every time I run it on my Mac (Mojave 10.14.16). It does that in normal mode as well as in safe mode. I tried refreshing Firefox as well, but the problem continues. I also tried downgrading, no change. I would be glad for any ideas, as I have been using Firefox since like 2007 and I really don not want to change to another browser. Thanks.

I am on the latest Firefox (62.0.2) and macOS Mojave. Whenever I open the Firefox print or save menu, or any similar menu, and try to interact with a textbox, the entire browser becomes unresponsive and I have no choice but to force quit. I have used Firefox before but not very recently so I do not know if this is a recent issue or if it has always existed. I do not have any add-ons or themes installed. I tried Firefox 61and the issue still exists. I'm now thinking it could be an issue with my computer. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

right click automatically selects & clicks first item in popup menu - FF for Mac

This is ONLY happening in FF; not in other browsers, nor in Thunderbird or elsewhere in the system... and it happens about 90% of the time when I right click in FF:

When I right-click, the mouse automatically selects and clicks (executes) the first item in the popup menu. If I immediately (like in a split second) move the mouse to the left (away from the popup menu) after the right click, it does not behave this way and I can calmly select what I want in the popup and click on it.

It only happens when the pointer is on top of the menu after I right click - which is natural. But it is automatically executing a click of whatever item is inadvertently selected when the menu pops up.

Using: SYSTEM: MacBook Air running Mohave (happened running Sierra, as well) MOUSE: Logitech M525 /USB and Logitech M535 /Bluetooth FF: 66.0.4 (64bit)

I have turned off the track pad thinking something may be triggered there, to no success.

Any thoughts? Thank you kindly, anyone who has an idea to offer.

-) Cynthia-

Hi, my Firefox has been crashing all day. Every time I click to restart it after a crash and then restore my session it crashes again or freezes and lets the rainbow spinning circle spin forever. I have restarted my computer multiple times, updated my computer software and even deleted and re-downloaded Firefox, but nothing has helped. All of the solutions on the website so far have required me to have access to a Firefox window to figure out what is going wrong, which I do not have. Any advice will be welcomed. Thank you.
