Suddenly, my icon for Firefox on my Mac has a gray line about 80% down from the top. Just the icon, not the pages I reach. I very recently tried to download my FB file, which is sitting, zipped, on my desktop (I can't open it). So, perhaps they are connected --or not. Any idea?

for pete's sake, twice now I have been doing research with numerous web pages open. When I have had to reboot due to some Mac issue, Firefox update kicks in automatically and I lose my immediate history

hi, with the recent update on mac and windows both firefox donot open direact searched items it gives error screen "secure message failed"? why is this only on my side or a bug in #ff i am web developer and i love to use #ff

Since the latest update I am getting really frustrated with the security, it is a pain all i want to do is view my phone bill - it is a PDF from my account on Virginmobile, the Mozilla help discussion is a circular message with no solution. I have made the updates automatic I have installed a PDF viewer, I have tried restart and all NO luck and I am now out of time..... I have to just not use Firefox as my browser to get the bill and if this is the same for my other accounts I will have to make another browser the defalt :( !

I am having problems with all programs that allow me to log in. Constant security checks and authentication problems. I want to uninstall completely, all files that relate to Firefox and that could cause future problems.

When I click links that Mozilla actually links me to, I get a lot of the insecure connection messages. A lot of times it is for big websites that are totally secure. What is more frustrating is that even after I go to advanced and click "add exception" it still won't let me visit the page. I love Firefox but you guys are making it harder and harder for me to surf the web :-(

hi, Youtube has been crashing for the last couple of months. I have an iMac, and none of the solutions posted, do help me solve this. it is very annoying. I have been using some other browsers, but I want to keep using Firefox, which has been my choice since 2006.

When I enter youtube.com in the bar, it starts to upload for about 1 or 2 sec, I can see the content uploading, and then I get the crash message: Gah. Your tab just crashed. We can help you! Choose Restore This Tab to reload page content.

Well, this is not helpful at all. Reloading to crash again. I have just updated the latest version of flash, but nothing. Running on Mac OS High Sierra - version 10.13.3 Hope someone can help, thanks JM

I want to be the one that decides if I click and go to a particular site or not. If Firefox blocks me, I cannot find any other way to get to that site. One of the major ones that they have blocked is where I go to turn in my order for product needed the next week. Also, one is a site where I put my projections in and make reservations for product and delivery. Is it just Firefox doing this???? If I switch to another server will i have the same problem?

my browser doesn't save any history, i check all settings and it's all look rights! it's like i am in private mode all the time ! i also can't add any website to the favorite or bookmarks!

please help ..
