Hi There, I got a notification on a new machine that i downloaded the app back service from firefox in 2021. I did a scan, no virus. I can't find it anywhere on my machine. I kept hitting cancel and it continued to pop up. Eventually i accidentally clicked on it. How do I get rid of it?
The said device is not working in firefox browser but working in all other browsers, Tried in multiple pc but no luck.

I messed up my install settings so I uninstalled the application. I've done this a couple times. The problem is when I try installing the download again, it recognizes that Firefox was previously installed and keeps "re-installing" the previous settings, which were messed up to start with. How can I get a fresh new download with no settings setup?
